Lovely studio for couple fab location

Really good location for piazza reale and a must visit. A short walk to the Piazza Vittorio and the open river pearl, fab view. Air con saves our day. The owner is friendly and his recommended food places are really good. Good value for money.

The immediate area outside seems a bit dodgy, however nothing happened at all, no thief or crime. We had lots of mosquito bites, not sure fro walk or the property, but we did spot one or two inside the room.

Superb

Great place! It is very close to bus and tram transportation, in 10 minutes you are in the city center. The apartment is small but really comfortable, it has everything you will need. Massimiliano was always very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket in 2 minutes from the apartment.

The neighborhood is a little bit dirty and dark but it is safe.

Struttura pulita in buona posizione e responsabile molto accogliente. Poco soddisfatto per la mancanza delle cose basila

Buona posizione e l’oste molto cortese e sempre presente ogni volta che ne ho avuto bisogno

Quello che nn mi é piaciuto della struttura é stata la mancanza di una semplice bottiglia di acqua. É un monolocale attrezzato di frigo cucina etc … se avessimo trovato una bottiglia di acqua dopo una giornata di viaggio sarebbe stata una cosa molto gradita. Prendo spesso monolocali e come coccole questo pecca. Solitamente é sempre disponibile una macchinetta per il caffè anche una moca oppure del té cose semplici e di pochi centesimi che fanno la differenza. Ma l’acqua che alla fine abbiamo preso nel negozio sotto la struttura a 20 centesimi é una mancanza a mio personale parere. Per il resto tutto perfetto .

Accogliente e tutto molto ordinato e pulito!

La struttura interna era comoda e arredata benissimo, pulita e con ogni comfort possibile

Unica pecca di tutta quanta la struttura è il condominio e la zona in cui si trova, non proprio accogliente, mi rendo conto che però non sia colpa del proprietario, ha fatto davvero tutto il suo possibile per far uscire da questo appartamento il meglio!
