Relax on you r private sundeck in this oceanfront condo which overlooks the complex pool and offers gorgeous ocean views!
Full of beachy charm this villa features light and bright furnishings throughout with new tile flooring throughout entire condo. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for four. The villa also features a large bedroom with beautiful bedding, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch with beach chairs for guests' convenience. The second floor allows access to a private sun deck with panoramic views!
THINGS TO KNOW:
• There is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit
• This rental is located on the third floor
• Linens, Wi-Fi and cable included
• No pets or smoking allowed
• This rental does not include access to other Wild Dunes pools or the fitness center
**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project. For the latest updates from the city please visit,

This is actually our third stay at this exact condo we've enjoyed it so much. We dont have kids so for us, its the perfect size and value with excellent views! We love hanging out on the screened in patio or going to the 3rd floor area for the awesome views. Its a quick walk to the beach or pool and because its on the end of the 3rd floor, theres not a lot of noise from other guests walking past; not that thats an issue anyway because the whole complex is peaceful! We enjoy staying there and are looking forward to when we can come back for our next visit!

We've stayed here at least 4 times and love it. The buildings are older but have been renovated so they are up to date. Easy access to the beach and pool and neither are over crowded. Highly recommend.

PortOCall C304 is a great oceanfront condo at the north end of IOP. The condo is very comfortable and well furnished. Having beach chairs provided was a huge plus. This is a perfect spot with a large pool and direct access to the huge IOP beach. The Wild Dunes resort is very quiet and well cared for. The heart of IOP is just 4 miles away and Sullivan’s Island is just another two miles to the south. These two provide lots of good dining options. We would certainly stay here again.
