About this apartment rental

What a location! A two bedroom two bath unit located in the exclusive Observation Point North building. The perfect location with a balcony overlooking the Events Plaza in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is hard to imagine a better vantage point to immerse yourself in all that is Baytowne. Come enjoy the concerts and fireworks right from your 5th floor balcony. Enjoy being steps away from all the shopping, dining and activities the Village of Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Our unit is on the bay side of Sandestin and the beach is approximately a mile on the other side of Hwy 98.

We had an amazing 4th of July weekend at Gina’s condo! Our family of 4 couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The highlight of our trip was watching the fireworks from the balcony. We had front row seats to the Baytowne Wharf show without ever leaving the condo. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the village with easy walking or biking access to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the beach. Gina was a wonderful host. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout.We highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time and the condo was perfect! Lots of room, we had everything we needed, and everything was clean and neat. The balcony view is exactly as described and we got to watch the Friday night fireworks show from it and had the best view!!! I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to stay again!
