The apartaments are located near the ski track.

Towels and bedlinen are for additional charge (15 euro per person). The apartaments aren’t fully empty – there are owner or previous tenants used things. The apartaments and some of dishes weren’t clean. No Wi-Fi. No electric teapot.

The worst location I had with booking

The view out of the window, very close to the ski resort

First of all, I think this was the worst stay in my booking live. 1 day before arriving, the host told me, that I would have to pay 50 Euro for the cleaning (after I couldn't cancel the location, I wrote with the host before, so she also could have told me that before). I asked booking, they told me, I don't have to pay that. So I didn't, becaue nowhere this was mentioned. Then the host didn't gave me any informations, so when we arrived we couldn't go into the room (it is a very small room). Then she wrote me a message, I would have to pay 15 euro per person for the blankets, in total 60 € again extra! Again this was nowhere mentioned, but we had no oportunity so we paid. Then, the room, was very small, and the one bed (both in the same room) was maximum 1,60 long, so not even a child has a good sleep here.

We liked very much the staff of the property, very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the view was very nice.

All beds are in the same room, and this may not be so clear from the photos so the leaving space is very small when all beds are installed.

Appartamento molto ben curato, pulito e perfetto per una famiglia

C’era un problema alle caldaie al piano -1 che dal quale usciva fumo rendendo molto difficile l’accesso alla Ski Room. Inoltre l’odore di gasolio persistente si diffondeva in tutto il palazzo

La posizione, l’unica nota positiva, visto che era poco fuori l’abitato di Cervinia, che è un posto bellissimo.

Perfetto come da descrizione, a pochi metri dagli impianti di risalita.

Posizione perfetta per gli amanti degli sci.

Magari la vasca poteva avere un supporto per il doccino, così da facilitare la doccia

Posizione molto comoda per sciare. Casa accogliente e pulita. Divano letto scomodo… costo Affito della biancheria molto caro!!
