If it's by location-price-room this place should be 100 over 10 . The only problem is that with this price that cheap , only low profile people will come.It's near impossible to have anything better for this price considering that is a private room and (plasterboard walls are embeded in their DNA of all slavic countries) in the center of Tallin.
