La ubicación.
El apartamento estaba bien, pero no muy actualizado.
El anfitrión no me permitió ingresar antes, y el apartamento estaba desocupado.
Llegamos 4 horas antes.
Pedimos de ingresar y el anfitrión no lo permitió, sin embargo la unidad estaba lista y vacía. Me molestó esa actitud.
El anfitrión se comunica muy poco.

Кондо в центре бангтао можно сказать, два шага до Порто де пхукет, боат авеню , то есть куча кафе /фруктов/ магазины/ массажи. До моря далековато но если вы на байке - не проблема. И главное недорого!!!!!
На балконе какашки птичек) ну в принципе не мешало
$$$$
