Great location and new property so good condition

Beds are only very small double beds so REALLY small. Fine for single occupancy but impossible for 2 people to sleep there.

So clean and quiet! The room was lovely and the pool was brilliant! The location is also very walkable.

The view was a construction site but it was ok because we didn’t need a view and the windows blocked out all the sound.

Close to the beach (15-20 mins by foot) and at the same time close to Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. And 7-11 just near the Residences - very convenient, no car/bike needed. Nice interior design. Beautiful pool area with splendid evening lighting. Competitive pricing outside of top season. Laguna shuttle helps to get anywhere inside Laguna.

As we left in Apr 2026, new construction began just near the residences, so pls be aware. Very small territory (but being in Laguna it’s not a problem).

The overall quality of the apartment was quite good. The room was clean, nicely designed, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, making the stay pleasant overall.

Communication was quite complicated. Before arrival, I had to register online and chose a “staff-assisted check-in,” but later was informed that no one was available, so I had to check in by myself. However, self check-out was not allowed, and we had to arrange a specific time for staff to come and inspect the room before leaving — which was very inconvenient. Also, this property is not a real serviced apartment, so there is no daily cleaning and no cleaning tools at all (no broom or vacuum). During our 6-night stay with 4 people (the room can accommodate up to 6), we were given only two rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag, and we literally had to get on our knees to wipe the dust and hair off the floor with tissues. In addition, the check-in and check-out times are very inflexible — even when there were no guests before or after, any adjustment required an extra fee. Overall, it lacks both the service quality of a serviced apartment and the flexibility of an Airbnb.
