About this apartment rental
The living room
This appealing and chic apartment is characterized by a sophisticated interior. The apartment (approx. 98m ²) has three beautiful rooms, kitchen & bathroom and is very bright.
The large balcony, where you can relax thanks to the lounge furniture, is equipped with a grill. When the weather is good, you look directly towards Karlsruhe and can see the Turmberg in Durlach.
Access for guests
The entire apartment is available for my guests. There is also an outside parking space on the property for the car.
Interaction with guests
I am happy to assist my guests with tips, small talk or with questions & problems. However, since you have your own apartment, you can simply enjoy your rest. As you wish :)
Other important information
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so that you can of course cook yourself. The equipment includes a chic fitted kitchen with dishwasher and stove. There is also an oven.
The bathroom is also nice with a bathtub incl. Shower set up.
Just bring the toothbrush and it can be used.
There is enough storage space for other utensils.
Towels and everything else that is needed for life is available in the apartment.
Bikes can be stored at ground level and dry in the lockable bike shed.
