About this villa rental
Situated with fantastic views of Montana Roja is Villa Bellota, a modern 3 bed villa set in a quiet residential area yet just a 15-20 minute walk from the local beach and bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca. The sea and neighbouring Fuerteventura can also be seen from the terrace.
The stylish villa has been recently refurbished and has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with super king size beds and French doors from each leading to the terrace, the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with walk in shower, the other with shower and bath.
Air conditioning is available in the two double bedrooms. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The living area is open plan to the dining area and newly installed modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. The villa has all you would need for a comfortable self catering stay.
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV with sports and movies, DVD player, and free fast fibre WiFi. A range of UK TV channels is also available. From the lounge bi-fold doors take you through to the outside terrace.
The outside space boasts a superb 13m private heated pool, a large patio area that surrounds the pool and immediate outside space from the villa and a brick built BBQ. Comfortable sun loungers can be found on the terrace around the pool and a wooden pergola provides shade over the outside dining area that is perfect for alfresco dining.
There is a further pergola providing shade for comfortable seating by the pool.

Beautiful property with a truly outstanding outside space/pool in a very peaceful residential location - ideal for a chilled and relaxed holiday, but close enough to all amenities and central Playa Blanca/Flamingo Beach/Rubicon Marina (either walking or a few Euros in a taxi).

The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything required for a villa holiday. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic. The area is quiet but very accessible to amenities. Contact with the owner and management team has been excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

Everything went smoothly from the first communication with Jane, she was so helpful. The villa is fabulous, great location and everything within walking distance, taxi rank round the corner if you don’t feel like a walk. Overall a great Xmas with the family, I hope we’ll be back!
