Relax in SEAS THE DAY, possibly, the most spacious, grand vacation home of its kind in the area. This beautifully decorated home boasts over 8,600 square feet of living space, which includes:
- Over 4,000 square feet of gulf front deck and entertainment space
- 3 gulf front living areas that all open out to one of the many deep-set balconies
- Ample dining and seating options all combined provides table seating for 37
- 5 gulf front spacious, private, king masters; each with large, accommodating en-suites
- King en-suites all have large (8' - 10') granite vanities & double oversized sinks
- King suite's closets are sizable & roomy
- 2 bunk rooms with custom built bunk beds and each with it's own double sink vanity private bathroom
- A large bedroom with 2 queen beds, double sink vanity en-suite and sitting area.
- 2 full kitchens & a kitchenette, all fully stocked & sporting top of the line stainless appliances
- Primary kitchen on level 3 has a separate bar area with 4-stage reverse osmosis water filter/dispenser, bar sink and stand alone ice maker

When constructing Seas The Day, we took special care to ensure that bedrooms do not share walls or back up to each other for added privacy. All are separated by living rooms or hallways. These features are unique to Seas The Day. The 4 separate living areas, each with their own seating group and TV add another level of privacy when one might want to slip away from the group for a brief time.
The main kitchen, dining and living areas flaunt space and a modern, open feel. Plenty of seating comfortably accommodates the entire household. The island/bar area seats 6, the main dining table seats 10, and the living area seats 12-14. Additionally, on the same, main floor, there is a gulf front screened in dining area with 2 ceiling fans & a large teak wood dining table seating 8. There are other table seating options throughout the house with a total dining table seating capacity of 37.
All of our 3 large balconies flex from 10 feet deep at minimum & 21 feet deep at max. All are 42 feet in length. This allows for an abundance of seating groups and breezy gulf front dining yet plenty of room to move freely around the decks without having to squeeze by or move furniture just to walk around and get from one end to the other.

Do you want to go on vacation with your extended family without having to share a bathroom, a deck, or even a dishwasher with them? We had Thanksgiving with 23 people and this home was extremely functional and perfectly stocked to host a large group. Hosts were extremely welcoming. The beach and sunset views were beautiful.

Seas The Day is by far the cleanest and most well stocked house my family has ever stayed in. With its ample seating, spacious rooms, and multiple living areas, it never felt crowded or stuffy, even with nearly twenty people. We especially enjoyed the impressively stocked kitchen, sporting multiple espresso makers and all the cookware you could ever need. The exterior was perfect with its numerous decks and seating areas, we even got to use the “star deck” during a meteor shower. The pool area was large and great to relax in when taking a break from the beach, which by the way was closer and easier to access than any house before. The paddle boards, and kayaks made for endless hours of fun, and anything you could need for the beach, short of sunblock, was provided. This included beach towels, beach chairs, and even complimentary flip flops. No detail was missed and no expense spared, making for a very comfortable, carefree stay. With that said, what really sets Seas The Day apart is the generosity and care of its owners Julie and Todd. We have never dealt with such kind hosts. From fresh flowers on every floor, a welcome gift, and an eagerness to help us in different ways, it is clear that Julie and Todd care for, and strive to bless, every guest who enters their home. Over the years we have never stayed in the same house twice, but by day two my entire family agreed, we were coming back. It quickly became a home away from home.

As families, we have vacationed together for more than a decade. This was the first time all three families (15 of us total) were able to stay in the same house. We all had plenty of space. The listing indicates that it is well-stocked and that is an understatement! I have never stayed anywhere else that had such nice things and plenty of them! The special touches by the homeowner made it apparent that is more than just a revenue source (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Julie wrote the book on hospitality: fresh flowers everywhere, spices in the pantry, toiletry items galore, and everything was clean as a whistle! Plenty of trash cans meant that we weren’t spilling over counting the seconds to trash pick up, a rarity for vacation rentals in this area. The location couldn’t be beat! While better grocery stores require a bit of a drive, we got everything g we needed from Piggly Wiggly. The teens in our group loved the walkable Dollar General. And, the food truck across the street with its po boy sandwiches, amazing fish tacos, and bought too many times Key Lime Pie made for quick and easy meals. I’m not sure I saw this anywhere before but the boardwalk to the beach is private. The beach was peaceful and clean. Even where the houses were a little closer together a little further down from us, the beach was never crowded. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas and they were delivered on the first day and picked up on the last.

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our kids and grandkids at Seas the Day, and what a wonderful time we had. Julie and Todd Layman, the owners, were outstanding. They are super nice people that went above and beyond to make our stay a most memorable one. When first entering the home we were greeted with A bottle of wine and a bag filled with a variety of delicious goodies, including coffees. We then stood there in total awe trying to take in the beauty of the place and the view of the water. Having 3 floors, each equipped with kitchens and a washer/dryer, made it easy for families to have some private space. The main kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could possibly want. The pool area was beautiful spacious, and gated, we spent many hours there. The Boardwalk to the water was perfect. Lastly, the elevator was a huge bonus for my husband and me. We will definitely make another trip back to Seas the Day. If you are looking for quiet, private, and delicious seafood, Seas the Day is it. Thank you Julie and Todd.
