We are an approved BC provincial short term rental (H610661631) and have an active City of Penticton short-term business license (#00112876)
Go swimming, sun tanning or train for the Penticton Ironman at Lake Okanagan which is just a doorstep away.
Our two floor duplex lakeshore beach home is ideal for families and couples looking for a beach front property and the most central location in Penticton. We are conveniently located within walking distance to a number of local attractions, restaurants and amenities nearby:

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if the cancellation was made more than 90 days prior to check-in date
50% refund if cancellation made between 30-90 days prior to check-in date
No refund is given to cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to check-in date
Bookings are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed and returned to the Homeowner and the required payments are received.

Excellent location, making it easy to walk or bike to key venues. We had all the amenities we could think of and plenty of space for all four of us. The home added a level of joy to our trip with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We could have added another couple to our group and still have had lots of room and privacy.

The property was as advertised and worked well for our group of six from ages 13 to 77. It was extremely convenient to main street, the beach, and Lakeshore Drive to be able to walk to most everything we wanted to go to. The owners responded quickly and were attentive, checking in throughout our stay.

Excellent location. Sat on the beach across the street almost every day. Hosts were amazing. BBQ and patio were perfect for cooking and dining. Only negative was no central AC. Although the upstairs with bedrooms had a window unit and kept it comfortable for sleeping Would stay again
