Nest Luxury Modern Lake House

The location was fantastic. Easy to access for parking and instructions were clearly laid out. Entry to tha garage and into the house was smooth except that the code into the garage needed to be entered twice each time to open the door? Lots of instructions posted around the rooms, but would help to mention that the important ones were posted beside the patio entrance. Kitchen was well equipped with good quality cooking essentials. The automatically operated screen on the patio was a godsend in late afternoon. Bbq was great to have on the balcony but needs a new cover as it is tearing.Upstairs bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Associated bathrooms were clean with great showers and quality washing products. Keurig coffee maker had lots of pods for the whole time the three of us brothers stayed there. Hosts responded quickly when questions were asked and provided instructions for trash removal, etc.

Kitchen cupboard doors were awkward to open. There was ground coffee and filters available but no coffee pot? It woul be helpful to have bedside tables especially for older guests. Furniture on the main floor balcony was a bit hard to sit on. Would be an improvement to have comfortable chairs similar to those on the upstairs balcony. The third bedroom on the main floor needs something to hang clothes on and it should be mentioned that the bathroom for this bedroom is down the stairs and through the kitchen. Only the upstairs bathrooms had showers.

Great Lake views with access to the lakeside dock. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked equipment wise for cooking.

Outdoor areas not up to par for the property. Lots of spiderwebs and dust, wicker furniture was fraying. Unfortunately the lovely skylight over the primary bed was taken over by pigeon remnants. Two bedrooms lacked hanging closets and bedside tables.

Location was great...busy street...did back in.

We are all over 70,the initial pictures did not show that there was so many stairs. It would have been nice to have a house book with instructions..dishwasher was hard to start,blinds were missing in 2 rooms, need tissue boxes,need bedside lamps,the kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable, more hooks for towels and in the entrance to hang coats, coffee pot, bath mats,the T.V. was hard to figure out, foam on the lounge chairs was needed to be replaced.The walk down to the dock is very dangerous. The host was very cordial and fast on our questions..there was only 4 coffee pods and no pot and had a few other questions answered promptly. The view from the deck was spectacular.
