You will be staying in a single story end unit studio that is larger than all efficiency units in our complex. The studio location is very private with entry directly to the pool that you can enjoy all day long. There is also a picnic table and BBQ grills right next to the unit. Venice Villas is a smoke free community, therefore, smoking is allowed in designated areas only which is strictly enforced. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit is subject to $500 fine. An entrance to the private beach is about 3 minute walk for most of the guests. If you enjoy peaceful morning walks along the shore and a glass of wine at sunset, then this place is for you.
The complex retains Florida Charm Of The Good Old Days. It is located between Sharky's fishing pier and Downtown Venice. Sharky's restaurant is a shoreline walk about a mile to the south. Downtown Venice is about a mile north.

You are in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within a short drive or walk to the historic downtown Venice where you find what you like: wonderful shops, art galleries, fine restaurants, theater and other venues for your pleasure. Local talented musicians throw free performances next to Venice beach all the time. You can also bring your lawn chair to the Centennial Park that offers many types of free concerts and other entertainment throughout the year. Venice is less than half an hour drive to Sarasota. You can also ride a bicycle to Sarasota via gorgeous Legacy Trail. For a first time booking a copy of photo IDs is required at the time of reservation.
