I was blown away at how nice the room was . The furnishing were top notch. They thought of everything that I could need for my stay . My friends that I was visiting could not believe how nice everything was . I will stay here anytime time I visit Venice Florida . The pool was super clean and very large , the beach access was great.

We had a great stay! Timely communications. The place was comfortable and well furnished. Super close to a quiet, not public beach and only a short drive to downtown Venice. Bonus points for finding my first shark tooth!

Clean, quiet area tucked away at the rear of a neighborhood, nice short walk to a quiet, secluded private beach, very few people on the beach. We didn’t have water during the daytime for four days while there was demolition being done on a damaged building. The owner called the property association attempting to correct the problem. We were unable to shower after going to the beach, unable to rinse our feet, and it made the clean up of sand difficult, but we did our best. The room had everything you could ever hope for available. The only thing it didn’t have was pool noodles, so we purchased some and left them for the next guests. We will definitely come back to this area again strictly for the private beach alone. My only complaint has nothing to do with the room, but people fishing where everyone was swimming and catching little sharks. No one appreciated stinky bait being tossed out where we were swimming and drawing in the sharks. It made me very nervous for the kids swimming.
