Welcome to "Beach Be With You" - a spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath second row condo located in the Islander Villa on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Just a short stroll to two nearby beach accesses makes it easy for our guests to be relaxing on the beach in under 2 minutes. elevator and parking for 4 cars . pool club, tennis, pickleball, basketball.
POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.
The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.
You’ll love showering after a day on the beach in the new primary bathroom shower completed in April 2022. The comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax while you enjoy spectrum cable on the 50” TV. The four bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms, 5 flatscreen ROKU TVs , ceiling fans, and blackout curtains. Fast reliable high speed wifi internet throughout the condo. Fully stocked kitchen with two full size refrigerators with ice makers. Enjoy the sea breeze as you swing, rock, and dine on the covered ocean facing porch. Cool off in the oceanfront pool - our guests have full access to the Isles Beach Club which features a spectacular pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball.

VERY CLEAN, PORCH FUNITURE IS LIKE NEW AND LOVE THE SWING.
LOVE THE LOCATION WHICH IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING BUT THE MAIN REASON WE KEEP COMING BACK IS THE MANAGER CLIFF, HE IS THE BEST

Left early because of weather but made the most of our stay. No ones fault but mother natures. Beach was great, not crowded

Great condo. Has everything you need for any age group. Games for children, beach toys, board games and roku in every bedroom. The internet is a great soeed and the tv package had many channels. The walk to the beach is less than 200 feet and the views from the porch swings are nice. I would recommend this condo for all ages. I forgot to mention that the unit has an elevator and provides linens.
