Clean and Convenient but nothing fancy. It was very clean but we did see 3 huge roaches during our stay. Wasn’t sure if they came from outside or what.

We came down to the beach with the kids to have some fun before the kids went back to school. The condo was great. The amenities were great as well. However, we were greatly disappointed due to the pool being closed for two days. (Our last two days there). The jelly fish were terrible so the kids didn’t want to stay at the beach and wanted to swim. They were very upset. This should have been told to us prior to booking. We were told that the maintenance was necessary and had been scheduled for later in August. (When kids would have been in school and not in vacation). However, the contractor had time to get it fixed earlier, so that’s what they did, inconveniencing those on their vacation.

The bedding in the queen room could be updated but everything else was great. The pool is right outside the balcony which is fine but loud music late at night wasn't ideal but that's not the condos fault. Management was very courteous!

We loved this place. Condo was roomy enough for a family of 7. We were able to sit on the balcony and be directly over the pool watching our older kids, also have a clear view of the volleyball net on the beach. Property had PLENTY for all the kids to do. Short walk to the beach! Of we forgot a ball for a certain activity you can rent one from the front desk! You can also rent the racket all equipment. We LOVED our stay and will be back! Zero problems checking in or out!

Condo needs improvements. The dryer wouldnt dry a small load of clothes without running 3 cycles. There was a dead roach in the bedroom when we arrived. Found a live lizard in the pantry and a toilet needed maintenance attention 10 minutes after arriving

Great place to stay. Was extremely happy with this rental. The only issue (and it's a small one) is we had to go buy a skillet to cook with. They only had small ones and they were very poor quality. Again not a biggie at all, but if you plan on cooking a meal, bring a pan. :)

We love the Phoenixes! The property and location were wonderful! The room, itself, was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of it, and it wasn’t the obvious dirty you think. It was small, but collective things over our stay. We came across several dirty dishes during our stay. The shower in the front bathroom had black guck caked on one of the shower bars (clear ones that help hold wash rags / shampoo bottles). The coffee pot was full with old coffee, so much that it spilled when I moved it (It wasn’t in the pot itself but the bottom piece- completely full). And lastly, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with those pesky, giant, black gnats. Idk where they were coming from, and even though we killed 20+, the continued to appear. They were a constant aggravation when using the bathroom or kitchen. I never found a source for them, so I’m not sure where they were coming from. Overall, the place was nice, but could have been perfect if there was more attention to these things.

Stayed 3 nights. Pros: Easy beach access Front door is right off the parking lot. Don’t have to go through indoor public areas to access the unit. Very high ceilings. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Cons: Unit is VERY dated and in need of upgrades in every room. Both showers would not drain. Second bathroom is tiny. Beds were not good. Frames in second bedroom would scoot around if you rolled over. Sheets were stained as was the comforter in second bedroom. The property wasn’t terrible. Just in need of a significant investment in upgrades as well as maintenance. We would not stay here again.

The unit was larger than we expected upon arrival. There was plenty of extra space in all the rooms, the living room and dining room were also very large. Pictures were accurate and we loved the proximity to the pool from the balcony and also to the stairwell to go down to the pool and beach.

This condo is in an excellent location with a great view of the pool & beach, proximity to the beach is awesome, & kid friendly. However, the room could have been tidied up as far as dusting & sweeping before we arrived. The kitchen needs a toaster but otherwise is well equipped. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious. The view was great, overlooking the pool and oceanfront. We would definitely consider staying again. I would recommend having the dryer vent coming out of the unit cleaned. Add a few more towels. The front door could be wiped down. There were a few dishes that still had food stuck on them. Having this condo helped our family have a wonderful vacation.

The unit was decent. Could have expected more and better. Check in process was terrible. Contract said 3pm, waited and exactly 3pm I opened the door and found the cleaning crew was still inside cleaning. They said maybe 40 minutes more. The floor and fridge was wet and still dirty. Furniture looks beat-up or been abused too much. Overall, it was going to be one time trip and done for us.

The condo was not worth the money. Negatives....It was dated & rickety. The cookware was bad, so dont plan on doing much cooking. The ice machine didnt work. The bathroom door wouldnt lock. Only the first 2 people to shower had hot water. Positives....great location & convenient spot for pool & beach access. The pool was great! Always clean & security did a great job keeping the area monitored. I loved having the meal cart & snowball cart at the pool for the family! To sum it up...if it were cheaper, I wouldnt complain..but bc the cost was similar to updated, modern condos, I wouldnt stay here again.

The location was the best part of this condo! The balcony overlooks the pool and provides a straightforward view of the beautiful beach! The size of the condo was also a plus! However, the condo could use some updating. We are in 2019, not 1985! The stovetop needed cleaning around the stovetop burners. They were grimy and greasy and gross. Bring your own kitchen condiments (salt, pepper, etc). Your own dish soap and maybe even a bottle of kitchen cleaner(409) would be beneficial, or even better, for the price we paid, those few items could be part of what they call a “stocked kitchen”. We will be back, and I will be better prepared!

Enjoyed our stay, great location of the condo. Condo could use some updates (bathrooms). Disappointed in the kitchen, only 1 small dish towel and dish cloth, no coffee filters or salt and pepper. Had to go buy a potholder. Could use another chair on balcony only 3 chairs around the table.

Condo was perfect- clean and a welcome sight for our week! No early check in - we got there at 11 and inquired but hung out poolside and at the Hangout for lunch! 3pm sharp the code worked! Loved that we didn’t have to check in at front desk since last year was a complete mess and Brett Robinson wasn’t prepared for Spring Break traffic- waited 4 hours after check in to get into room! Definitely recommend this option!! Thanks!!

Our condo was VERY clean, roomy and absolutely beautiful. This was our first time choosing a condo vs staying in a hotel and will definitely do it again. Everything from making the reservations to checking in & out was straightforward and simple. We have a large family and this was the perfect choice for us.
