Double Patio, Views from Living room and Master Bedroom, Great Kitchen. Close to the Community Pool, Walking Distance to Yacht Club, Tie your boat right outside. Enjoy all Walden benefits!
Granite counters in spacious kitchen, 3 bar stools, small eat in table in kitchen. Private location right on the corner with views of Lake and marina. New flooring and painting throughout in December 2017. Updated Bathrooms in Dec 2017.
Master Bedroom has king size bed, Second Bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
Please tell me if you intend to bring a boat, as the Deed Restrictions office has procedure in place.

Noisy Pet Penalty
Help keep my condo pet friendly! Due to previous complaints from my neighbors, I ask that you do not leave your pets unattended for more than 2 hours.
Please note - complaints from neighbors due to pets barking, crying, whining, being destructive or generally causing a disturbance will result in forfeiting half of your security deposit ($250).
The money will be donated to Montgomery County Animal Shelter, located at 8535 Hwy 242 Conroe, Texas 77385 https://www.mcaspets.org/ I will of course let you know if I get a complaint and give you a ‘gentle warning’.

The only take away I would say is double check your emails. Idk why but the email from the property manger went to my spam and thus couldn't get in with the gate code from the Vrbo listing. Thankfully Anna was quick in her response to me and we were able to get in.
Oh and the aecond bedroom is only 1 set of full bunk bed. They werent really twins. So kinda confunsed on that but otherwise it was a really good stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. The best view and was very nice the location of the condo. Is a corner location and gave you a bit more quiet atmosphere and isolated condo from being in between people. Very neat and organized. Well maintained.

Another great trip here we loved it so much we had to do it again! I am sure we will again also. Anna is amazing and always helpful as can be!
