Double Patio, Views from Living room and Master Bedroom, Great Kitchen. Close to the Community Pool, Walking Distance to Yacht Club, Tie your boat right outside. Enjoy all Walden benefits!
Granite counters in spacious kitchen, 3 bar stools, small eat in table in kitchen. Private location right on the corner with views of Lake and marina.
Master Bedroom has king size bed, Second Bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds.
Please tell me if you intend to bring a boat, as the Deed Restrictions office has procedure in place.

Help keep my condo pet friendly! Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring your pet, please contact me for prior approval.
Pets must be on a leash at all times in complex/neighborhood.
Noisy Pet Penalty
Help keep my condo pet friendly! Due to previous complaints from my neighbors, I ask that you do not leave your pets unattended for more than 2 hours.
Please note - complaints from neighbors due to pets barking, crying, whining, being destructive or generally causing a disturbance will result in forfeiting half of your security deposit ($250).
The money will be donated to Montgomery County Animal Shelter, located at 8535 Hwy 242 Conroe, Texas 77385 https://www.mcaspets.org/ I will of course let you know if I get a complaint and give you a ‘gentle warning’.
