Villa Olea

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The location is great, and the host was exceptionally welcoming. He even came out to meet us on the road to make sure we found the property easily. When we arrived, we were greeted with delicious homemade cake and local specialties, which made us feel at home right away. Throughout our stay, he was always available if we needed anything, while also giving us plenty of privacy. The house is perfect for larger groups. It consists of three separate apartments, providing both enough space for everyone to stay together and the comfort of having private areas. Outside, there is a large dining table where the whole group can enjoy meals together. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the bedrooms are comfortable with cozy beds, and there are plenty of common areas to relax and spend time together. The swimming pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Very nice view from the top apartment. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly come back. We highly recommend this property.

The only downside we found is distance to the beach - it's more then 2 km along the road without the pavement so it is recommended to use the car.

Property is modern and very well equipped for a one-week stay. The view is beautiful and the private pool is also very nice. There are 3 separate apartments on two floors for 6-4-6 persons with enough bathrooms and own kitchen. We also loved the location as you can easily reach great shores (localy and in Rabac and in Rovinj - which is a 1 hour trip from the property and it is worths to see). Aleks the owner is a very nice man giving his heart into the business. Delicious refreshments are waiting for the exhausted guests. He is also a professional host feeling a balace between caring and unnecessary conversation. Thank you very much Aleks.😊

We loved everything.

The view, the house, the swimming pool, the host and the sun ! The flexibility to organize the house is appreciable (it could be organize in 3 appartments, each with its own kitchens, or in 2 separate levels (1st floor & ground floor). For our group of 14 people, we used the 2 kitchens and the long table on ground floor.
