Convenient location. Only several minutes to the 91 Freeway. Walking distance to Carnegie Schools Riverside. Less than 10 minute-drive to Galleria at Tyler Mall which has the movie theaters and plenty restaurants. Built in 2005 in the nice "Chaumont" gated community. Has bright open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. All bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliance. Community amenities include green belts, a pool, and spa.

The property was as shown. It was clean and easy to access. I’d suggest adding more kitchen items but what was there worked. The beds were very firm. Overall, quiet complex, plenty of beds, and the important items were there (bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, basic kitchen needs).
