The home met our needs for the time since we required something close to Loma Linda University Medical Center. It was very nice from the outside. The pool was very dirty and appears to not be maintained regularly so we didn't use it, I had thought originally the listing indicated a sauna but it appears it doesn't after all and the sauna was clearly removed at the site, only the cover remained. We had to extend our reservation out of need due to a delayed medical appointment which for some reason our door code no longer worked so we had to leave the home unsecured the entire day until it was able to be locked remotely, support wasn't very helpful and we had confirmed several times that we would not have any issues with extending the time. The sinks in the bathrooms are difficult to use and don't drain well. The dryer needs to be repaired and I went out and bought 2 outdoor light bulbs to replace the burned out ones in the backyard and front garage door light. The air hockey table was fun, but not having a central TV available to use for family in the evening made it difficult to enjoy a show with others, there are TV's in each bedroom but nothing for everyone to sit and watch together. Not a bad stay, just wasn't what we had hoped for the price we paid. Owner did respond as soon as she got the message regarding our security issue from the support team however that was some time after we had tried to get help from the support number. We enjoyed the backyard.
