About this villa rental
As your enter the front door, you are welcomed to a spacious, bright, open area. The living room invites you to a cozy lounge space, which directs you to sliding glass doors leading to the Lanai and the serene pool.
The wonderful over-sized Lanai surrounded with gorgeous pot plants is the main feature for relaxation, next to your enjoyment in the crystal clear pool with a soothing waterfall.
The pool is enclosed within the screened Lanai, providing a bug-free environment under the Florida sun all day long. Electric heating of the pool is available on request at additional charge.
The Lanai is furnished with an elegant patio set that seats six, perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, as well as lounging for those who love to sunbathe or relax by the poolside.
Separate from the outdoor dining area, a beautiful, all-wicker seating area is available for your pleasure of freshly brewed coffee (espresso machine on the premise), and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice conveniently picked right off the trees in the backyard. A gas barbecue is also provided. It is the perfect tranquil spot to rest, enjoy the peaceful view of the pool, and most of all, observe an abundance of local wildlife (ibis, egrets, wood storks, cranes, herons, osprey, anhingas, cormorants, and gopher turtles).
Back inside, the spacious 2000 square feet home is tastefully decorated with attention to quality and detail. This fully air-conditioned home provides a peaceful and serene setting.
It is a split plan home, with the master bedroom on one side of the house with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai. It has a King size bed, complete with high quality Sealy foam mattress and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath, a walk-in Roman shower, two separate vanities, a toilet, and a large walk-in closet.
On the opposite side of the house: a second bedroom - with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai - complete with a Queen size bed. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, providing ample sleeping accommodation for up to six persons.
Both guest bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. The adjoining bathroom is complete with a sink, a toilet, and a combination tub with shower, through which one can access the Lanai, conveniently serving as a pool bathroom.
A generous amount of quality bed and bath-linens are provided.
Hair-dryer is available in the main bathroom.
All beds have top quality silk duvets and waterproof protective covers.
The living room is centred on a 50-inch plasma cable-connected TV and comfortable, modern furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation. It has all the conveniences of home: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker and a garbage disposal.
All bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the Lanai are fitted with refreshing ceiling fans.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy nook, which overlooks the pool, open to a lovely view during breakfast and morning coffee. From the nook, the Lanai and pool can be accessed through sliding glass doors.
An elegant formal dining room comfortably seats six people and provides a view of the unique art work and palm trees at the front of the house.
A separate utility room is equipped with a clothes washer, dryer, sink and an ironing board, as well as a self-lifting iron. A spacious double garage with automatic up-and-over door provides substantial short-term storage.
For those who need to keep in touch with family, friends, or business via Internet, there is Comcast (cable) and high-speed/broadband access available to your own personal laptop/notebook (a computer is not provided). The VOIP phone service allows for free local and national (US and Canada) calls, with international calls available by using a phone card (easily purchased locally).
The antimicrobial ultraviolet (UV) light installed in the heating-A/C system ensures that the house remains allergy-free.
There is a Winn-Dixie (discount membership provided), Publix, CVS, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart within a few miles for your shopping needs.
The yard and pool are maintained weekly.
If you need any assistance during your stay, our local management company supervises practical matters, such as any break-downs and end-of-stay cleaning. They are available to help you if such needs arise.

An amazing villa, with a brilliant host, it was home form home, the kitchen was well stocked with herbs and spices, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. comfy beds, great showers, loads of indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Smart TV. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. My husband loved the use of the bike to explore Rotunda.We will be back.Thank you.

Very well equipped home from home. Very clean and modern.The pool area is exceptional with a large seating area and “proper” swimming pool.The location is brilliant in a nice quiet low density residential area. Very close to amenities, shops and beautiful beaches. The shaded beach tent and beach chairs just add to the difference.The communication with the owner is faultless. Thanks.We have been staying in the area for vacations for over 25 years. This is the home that we would come back to. Brilliant. Thanks.Oh, and if you sit patiently and quietly in the pool area at dusk, you might just see Bob, the bobcat that came to visit us.

Fellow travelers. Over the 5 years we have been coming to Florida through VRBO listings, this home is one of the best. Just looking at the calendar should tell you that the rental is extremely popular and justifiably so. Every picture is accurate.
The pool and lanai are great places to relax, get some sun, and enjoy a swim. The pool is solar heated and………there is a supplemental electric heater that is very efficient. There are lots of tenant toys in the garage like golf equipment, bikes, and pool gear. If you like golf, there are 2 courses within 5 minutes of the house. Finally, you’ll find a great selection of very good restaurants all quite close by.
The MBR bed is comfortable. All of the closets are large with ceiling lights, and heating/cooling. The home design utilizes a series of pocket doors at both ends of the house. This system maximizes space yet preserves privacy throughout the home.
The kitchen is generous and efficient. Enjoy a meal on the pool deck with seating for six and a view of the pool waterfall. The great room includes a LCD TV plus a DVR and the various Comcast routers and modems. We had no issues with the wireless internet or with the channel choices. Our only suggestion would be to add another TV in the MBR.
There is a garage and it is great to park your car out of the elements. The house is situated on a double lot near the canal with many palm trees and privacy plantings surrounding the pool. There are various fruit bearing trees and if you like citrus products, go pick some oranges, lemons, or occasional grapefruits.
Magdalena is the owner and she has been great to work with. She is caring, concerned, and responsive to any issues or concerns. So, don’t wait another minute, book it now. We already did for 2017.
