Sifnos Sea Lovers

Ottima la posizione, in un paesino molto tranquillo quasi fiabesco. La casa e’ fantastica e ha tutto l’occorrente, anche per prepararsi una super cena vista mare in terrazzo. Cinzia super host, sempre disponibile. Location che fanno la vacanza e lasciano un ricordo indelebile.

The property is located in Cheronissos, a beautiful and very quiet village. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and you’ll also find two traditional restaurants and a mini market nearby. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything you might need during your stay, including facilities for cooking and washing your clothes. The highlight was the balcony with the amazing view to the Cheronissos gulf and our lovely and friendy neighbours!

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked. If we had to make one comment, it would be that, due to the property’s proximity to the sea, there is some natural wear and tear on the exterior, including the windows and walls, which need a little more maintenance. One point that could be clarified in the listing is that the two bedrooms are located on different floors (actually it is like two different houses) and are connected by an external staircase. This wasn’t immediately clear to us. Families with young children, or anyone who prefers all bedrooms to be on the same level, may want to keep this in mind when booking.

La casa era molto comoda, studiata in ogni particolare per avere tutti i confort, il materasso comodissimo, la cucina attrezzatissima con spezie, condimenti, l'occorrente per preparare un sugo e una buona pasta, macchina del caffè con tante cialde e che dire la terrazza, una vista da sogno.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi il fatto che la parte sotto dove stavano i bambini non è collegata alla parte sopra da scala interna...ma direi che non è stato un problema.

The location was tranquil and the sea was just beautiful. The outside area was the best part of the accommodation. The kitchen had good facilities if wanting to eat at the accommodation.

The fact the property was wrongly advertised as a 2 bedroomed property when in fact it is a 1 bedroomed property with ensuite. There is a pull out bed in the open plan kitchen/type lounge which allows no privacy. To use the bathroom facilities you had to disturb the others in the bedroom at night if wanting to go to the bathroom. The owners need to advertise the property as a 1 bedroomed property with additional pull out bed and not mislead those seeking accommodation to meet their needs. Based on what the property is it is certainly overpriced for the time we stayed having paid €1450.00 for 1 week! When asking the owner about what is advertised and what we got she was I would claim rude!
