One of Folly's Best! This house is great for family vacations or girls/guys weekend trips with easy access to the beach, downstairs game room, and huge screened porch. The house is a quick walk to the beach and 7 blocks from Center Street where you will find all the fun and funky Folly Beach shops and amazing restaurants. An open floor plan with natural light, the living room area is elegant yet comfortable for beach living with a Smart TV, full cable package and wireless internet. The dining area has a large table with two additional leaves to accommodate up to 6 people. You will fall in love with the spacious screened-in porch located just off the living room with a table set for alfresco dining and a separate lounge area. Just off the porch is a separate sun deck with full-size chaise lounge chairs; it's a great spot for lounging and drinks with friends! The house has 3 bedrooms with a King in the primary and queen size beds in the secondary rooms. The primary bedroom is bright and comfy with a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are relaxing with large closets and dressers in each room. The second bathroom and linen closet are off the hallway and this bathroom has upgraded finishes with a tub and shower. Downstairs makes for a fantastic kids area or 'mancave' with a foosball and ping-pong table. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs and an outdoor shower-sink-toilet for cleaning up when you get back from the beach. Outside guests will find delicious kumquats, mandarin oranges, pecans and figs growing on the property so feel free to pick and enjoy what you like! The property contains two rental houses connected together on this street-to-street lot. One house contains long-term tenants (who use the carport and share usage of the outdoor shower) and the second house is Family Tides (front unit with partial ocean view) which is available for short term rental. There is parking in the driveway for three cars plus plenty of street parking in front and back of the house. Family Tides allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 80lbs.
