Easy check-in, for us the perfect location - a bit outside of the city center, but still everything in a walking distance (for people, who like walking :)). We even walked to the beach one day which was a very nice and recommendable experience. The flat itself is beautiful.
Unfortunately, there was just heating by the AC - it got warm in the upstairs area where the bed is but stayed very cold downstairs. We're not people who use much heating at home, but the flat was really freezing cold. I suppose it also felt colder because of the wetness in the flat that really is a problem. Towels in the bathroom don't dry at all, we were hanging them up upstairs in front of the AC. So for winter not really recommended, I even got sick afterwards.
Some times, there were problems with the electricity - but there was help provided.

Le lieu est vraiment mignon. Le quartier est très sécurisé, ce qui était rassurant. Nous n'étions pas loin d'un centre commercial et autres commodités. Le chemin pour rejoindre le centre était aussi très sécurisé. Le logement est assez grand et les équipements fonctionnels. Nous avons été accueillis avec deux petits biscuits et une superbe carte de la ville très pratique !
L'appartement mériterais quelques travaux : les plaintes se décollent, la vasque de la salle de bain tiens avec une unique corde, les murs sont tachés et sales, de nombreux éléments aux murs se décollent (notamment dans la salle de bain) et les le mur entre les toilettes et la cuisine est ouvert en hauteur ( pas beaucoup d'intimité ). La rambarde en hauteur était aussi cassée, le canapé taché. Si non l'endroit était propre dans l'ensemble.

The apartment is very good. And the location and facilities are exactly what I needed. It's comfortable, spacious and the staff are more than professional. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, the apartment had some technical issues while I was there. These had been resolved after several hours but it detracted from my stay.

El diseño, y la comodidad de las instalaciones.
Olía a humedad, y no paraban de insistir por todos lados para que no dejáramos basura porque podían venir hormigas. Eso, más comentarios anteriores, me hace pensar que limpian poco la casa. Especialmente la zona del baño, con mucha humedad. Tampoco estaba muy bien iluminado.
