Welcome to Betterton Beach, “Jewel” of the Chesapeake, Eastern Shore of Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay. Spacious second and third floor condo (2500') with fantastic views of the Bay.
Enjoy your morning coffee from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks overlooking the bay. Swim and sun at the beach, sunsets are amazing! Public dock available for boating and fishing from the pier.
A great community for bike riding and sunset walks. Explore surrounding areas, just a short drive to Historic Chestertown (free outdoor concerts on weekends), fishing in Rock Hall, both offer shopping, dining, and coastal culture. An all year-round area to take advantage of the Eastern Shore Wildlife, bald eagles, osprey and blue herons.
1st Level- 2 bedroom, open area with kitchen, dining table and large family room for relaxing. 1-large king bedroom, which can be split into 2 twins. 2nd room has a queen size bed. 1st floor also has full size bathroom. Both family room and large bedroom room have slider onto deck.
2nd Level- Large loft with 50" TV, sleeper sofa, Master queen bedroom with full size bathroom and deck off slider. Although we have Netflix, we do not have cable TV. This year we add a game table for family game night.
WiFi and central air, community pool.
Need a relaxing getaway? Enjoy our spacious condo with beautiful Bay view’s! Come for a visit anytime of the year, you won’t be disappointed.
Please be advised- our children are all grown so our home is NOT child proof for small children. Please reference photos (open stairs) and bring the proper child safety products to ensure your child's safety.
Cal Ripken Stadium- although a search shows we are only 12 miles away, it is actually over an hour drive by car around the bay.

My husband and friend were participating in a shoot at Hopkins Game Farm and this was a perfect location. We greatly enjoyed the view and the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!

The house has everything to make your stay comfortable! The condo was absolutely spotless. I was very impressed!
The location for the beach is only a few steps away and the pool was great. The place was just right for my family and children.

Geordy was extremely responsive whenever we had a question or request. The property was immaculate when we checked in, beautifully furnished and had a million dollar view! Hands down our best vacation yet.
