Friday, March 21st -- Friday, March 28th, 2025 (7 nights).
Check-in any time after 4 PM March 21st and check-out 10 AM on March 28th.
Specific unit is assigned at check-in.
This is a 2 Bedroom full-sized unit
Master Suite includes:
- Master bedroom w/King
- Pull-out sofa in the living room
2nd room Studio Lock-off includes:
- Queen bed
- Pull-out sofa
Main Unit includes fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertop, full complement of pots, pans, utensils, and service for 8. Studio has fully equipped kitchenette with service for 4. All units in Grand Timber are equipped, cleaned and maintained to the same standards.

Christy Sports is located on-site under Bldg 5 for all your ski, boarding, and snow shoeing rentals.

Renter must be over the age of 25. Once payment is received, Grand Timber Lodge will be notified that you will be using this week and they will reissue the paperwork for use with your name and details. See Refund Policy
You will be required to present identification and a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. Renter is responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. NO Pets allowed. This is a non smoking resort.

Great experience, great location and amenities at this Grand Timber Lodge Condo in Breckenridge. Super convenient to skiing and town. Had a wonderful Christmas with our college-aged kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the best part was the space. We have 2 kids that are not really kids so it’s like traveling with 4 adults. It was nice they had their own space. We got dumped on with snow, the resort had all the sidewalks and streets heated so we didn’t have to walk in snow to get to the hot tub. Loved the indoor outdoor pool, and the location was great - just took the shuttle everywhere. It was great working with the owner and property managers - the only thing I will mention about the “ski out” is that if it hadn’t snowed, we would have had to take our skis off to walk to the lift on the specific side we were staying on in the resort, not sure how the other side would have worked - no biggie. The ski in was perfect and we just used the lockers right there by Christie’s. No complaints - it was a great week - cold!

Modern and clean, comfortable beds, and security excellent. Ski rental is inside Grand Timber which made obtaining ski equipment easy. Also they have a private shuttle that runs about everywhere one needs to go. When coming off ski slopes at end of day can ski directly back to Grand Timber and store your ski stuff in a locker for free, making walking back to your lodging much easier

Resort is in a great location. Shuttle was very convenient. Loved the heated garage. Enjoyed the heated indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant, and in room conveniences. Would stay again.
