The rental includes over 1,500 of space, 2 private bedrooms (one with King size Tuft and Needle mattress, other guest room with Queen size bed), luxury bathroom with 1 additional half bathrooms, 1 Queen size sleeper sofa, large sectional couch, shuffle board table, pool table, multiple lounges, 2 sided bar, 3 sleeping areas, 5 flatscreen HDTVs, kitchen area with sink, full size toaster oven (fits normal pizzas & bakeware), 5 counter top burners, dishes, cookware, refrigerators, freezer, coffee/latte maker, toaster, ice maker, and more.

There are no parties or events allowed without first booking the party/event with the manager. There are separate fees and policies for such events and permission is required. No unauthorized guests are allowed in the rental without the prior knowledge and consent of the manager and/or owner.
