Spectacular oceanfront home with unparalleled and panoramic views from San Francisco, to Stinson, to Duxbury reef. Designed by famous Bay Area Architect Edward B Page in the early 1960's. It is a beautiful example of of mid-century modern architecture and I believe the only home he designed in Bolinas. The house is sited on an expansive almost 2 acre oceanfront parcel with very large, fenced in, level yards and only a short walk to the beach and the town of Bolinas! This 3 bedroom (plus office/den), 3 bath house is perfect for families or couples looking for the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. Enjoy beaching (Bolinas or Stinson), surfing, magical hikes on the Palomarin trails, tide-pooling at agate beach....... or drive less than an hour into downtown San Francisco or central Napa Valley. Bolinas is a jewel....
The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge curtain walls that open to the deck and windows overlooking the waves and views. The master bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the pacific with an ensuite bath, there are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ensuite half bath, the other bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath. All bedrooms have flat screen tv’s. Downstairs is a great game room with pool table, office with queen bed and den/tv room with a twin bed.
Soak in the spa, and enjoy views of the surfers and the sounds of crashing waves below, relax by the oceanfront firepit at night or enjoy the expansive fenced in level yards... Picture yourself on our fabulous sectional sofas with wall of glass to the deck, enjoying the fire... while gazing out over the pacific...you will never want to leave this special place.
We supply Turkish bath towels, and luxurious bed linens, top of the line Tempur Pedic mattress's. Interior has wood burning fireplace, electric heat, 5 Samsung HD smart TVs,wireless internet, microwave oven, electric range, latte/cappuccino maker, toaster, juicer, panini press, food processor, crock pot/pressure cooker, coffee maker, iron, iron board, silverware, dishes, vacuum, dish washer, refrigerator, washer & dryer. Deck has a gas grill, outdoor dining table with firepit and outdoor sofas/living room.....
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with most all non- perishable items you will need to cook like spices, sauces, etc.
Paper items like paper towel, napkins, toilet paper are provided.
We also provide body wash, shampoo/conditioner, bath salts, etc
