This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Camps Bay, within walking distance to the main Camps Bay Beach and restaurants.
The apartment is one of 4 in a small secure complex and offers stunning views and a private swimming pool.
There is a balcony, perfect for enjoying Camps Bay sunsets and a paved outdoor area for a BBQ on a hot summer's evening.
The Master bedroom with an en-suite is on the lower level of the apartment and is accessed via an outdoor staircase. The second and third bedrooms are on the main living area and these share a bathroom. The third bedroom has heavy, black-out drapes which separate it from the living area.

What is Powered:All of the lights, the entertainment, WIFI and all of the plugs in the property, including the fridge freezer. Hours are usage dependent
What Isn’t Powered:The washer & dryer do not work during loadshedding. The air conditioners and the geyser are also excluded from the power backup.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
