Low fall prices for 2023! Spend a few days of peace and quiet at the "Lakeview Retreat". This is a perfect location to get to Dogwood Canyon for hiking, Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater for concerts, Silver Dollar City for fun and Branson for entertainment or maybe just sit on the deck and grill or smoke on the all day with our New pellet grill and enjoy the lake. Anytime is a great time to take a break. Lakeview Retreat is an easily accessible two bedroom condo with parking only a few steps from your door. Your vacation truly begins as soon as you open that door. Once inside you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for six. Just beyond that, a large living room with all new comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV with cable television and Wi-Fi. Next, open the patio door and step out onto the furnished deck and new pellet grill. You will never tire of the amazing view of Table Rock Lake and the surrounding Ozark Mountains that awaits you there. You can also enjoy that same view from your king sized lakeside bedroom with a walk out to the deck. A flat screen TV and a semi private bath with a jetted tub and shower will add to your experience. The second bedroom features two queen beds and flat screen TV. There is also a full private bath with tub and shower. I came with my 13 yo daughter for a few days for spring break. Everything was great! 4 stars for cleanliness due to the floors, which needed a good mopping, but everything else was immaculate!! No complaints! We both ended up in the master bedroom as there was an exterior door in the other bedroom (mama anxiety) but it totally accommodated, as it's a HUGE king. We enjoyed our time in the area as well as our accommodations! Would definitely recommend & would stay again!

Great stay! We came down for Thanksgiving with our daughter, who is in college in MO. I was able to do a Thanksgiving dinner for 3 with what is stocked in the kitchen. I did bring my own crockpot...The beds were super comfy and plenty of towels, etc were provided. We usually bring our own pillows, but forgot and we really wish we hadn't! Dish tabs, detergent and a bit of coffe were provided...ive stayed in other vrbo that were more freely provided. The property was beautiful and the view was spectacular. There is a bit of construction going on upon entering, but its so far away we didnt hear any construction noise. The balcony is fully furnished with everything needed to relax, enjoy a meal and take in the views. There is a coffee shop, 2 restaurants and a grocery store right next door. We will definitely be back as it was a great location....

We loved our stay at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice when you walk in and see straight out to the lake. Everything was really well updated and furnished, everything we expected to be there was there. My 4 year old just kept commenting on how beautiful it was and my wife said “I could live here”The only two things that really was an issue, we couldn’t find the welcome booklet with the WiFi password. The positive to this was both the bedroom tv and family room tv were already connect so we were able to get channels on the smart TVs. There was also a weird little issue with the family room tv that it would sometimes not want to connect to the WiFi, but we got it to work by unplugging it and plugging it back in. This had very little impact on our stay though and we would absolutely go back there again

Easy check in check out, directly waterfront, with no obstructions to the magnificent view. Easy access to Branson West and SDC. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Quiet, convenient, what more could you ask for.

Had problems with the coffee pot. Kuerig was advertised but not there. Again, loved the view and the patio. Very comfortable beds. There were a few maintenance problems - like lightbulbs burned out, which I’m sure will get rectified right away since we notified them about it. Could have used a pizza cutter and a pair of scissors

We loved our recent stay in Kimberling City, I knew from the previous review that it is a little hidden so that was helpful. The condo is tucked away behind a shopping center but right on the water. We loved the proximity to the pool and lake where we were able to safely swim. There were very few others using the pool area anytime we were there so we felt we had the place to ourselves. The condo itself was well laid out and comfortable.

The views of Table Rock Lake from the balcony and pool are amazing! We had some beautiful sunsets. The condo itself was very inviting and updated. It was equipped with all we needed. The close proximity to Branson was great for a morning or evening activity or dinner. We spent our afternoons swimming in the lake and pool. The host was great with responding to any questions. Finding the building was a little tricky due to construction, but once we figured out the path, it was a breeze….Very easy one way loop. Would definitely stay here again!

My best friend and I decided to bike Dogwood Canyon and needed a place close. We also wanted something with a lake view. This was the perfect condo for us. It was clean and well maintained, the beds were great, and plenty of room for each of us! I left my wedding ring and didn’t realize it until I was back in Arkansas. I called PJ and within just a few minutes my mind was at ease because they found my ring and promised to mail it back asap. Appreciate the customer service!

This condo is AMAZING!!!! The views of Tablerock Lake out of each window were magnificent. This owner spared no expense! Everything that you need is there! We did bring our own Keurig, but they had a nice "regular" coffee pot there. The appliances were top-of-the-line. New mattresses (very firm....but ours at home are also firm, so we loved it). Decorated so cute! It's far enough out of town to enjoy the peaceful quiet, but easy to get to Branson Landing. We did land on a weekend when there was a big bass tournament leaving the docks right next to us....so it was loud in the early morning....but my husband is an avid fisherman and loved watching the boats head out and come back on the tournament. (and note....we did have our window open) The weirdest part of the condo is actually getting there. You have to turn into a shopping center and then drive around the back (or at least it seemed that way). But once we got used to it...it was no biggie. The property manager was great-super friendly and helpful! The owner replied quickly when we filled out the form for our stay. We can't wait to come back!

This is our 5th year staying at the Kimberling City condos with family. There was plenty of room for 5 adults with a nice kitchen area. great view of the water. Short walk to the docks or pool. Grocery store across the street from the complex. Make sure to bring any condiments, shampoo, soap items with you. Great place for a weekend at the lake.

We have come to Kimberling City since the 1980's to have a family vacation. We do a lot of boating and lounging at the lake and go into Branson a couple of times during our stay. We have stayed in a variety of units and this one was a great, no frills, easy place to relax in. Great living room/kitchen area with lots of hang out space, very comfortable bedrooms, nice terrace with a spectacular view of the lake. There is a nice pool close by and it is about a 3 minute walk around the back of the units to get to the lake. There are 2 docks and one has a nice area with a ladder where you can hang out, jump in and float for a while. Silver Dollar City is about 10 min away and the Branson strip is 30 min. Some of our favorites are any go-carts or bumper boats, the Indian Point Water Slide (like you just went back into the 1970's but so much fun!), and one of the many golf courses. We will see you next year!
