The condo is beautifully decorated and fully furnished, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. With 2 primary suites, each with its own bathroom, you'll have plenty of privacy and space for your group.
The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for those quiet nights in. Our fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.
Step outside and you'll find an outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the picturesque views of Table Rock Lake. From your back patio, you can also watch the kids as they swim and play in the pool.

STAIRS REQUIRED-To access the condo, you must go up about 5 steps then down 2 flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. We think the steps are worth it, once you reach the ground floor and have direct access to the pool right out your back door!

-STAIRS REQUIRED! To access the condo, you must go up about 5 steps then down 2 flights of stairs, there is not an elevator.
-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement and copy of drivers license required after booking.
-NO SMOKING
-No cable in the primary bedroom-it is a smart TV so you can log into your apps
We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

This would be my go to condo if it wasnt for the 35 stairs to get to.she has everything perfect,right down to qtips in the restroom,full size shamppo,conditioner and body wash.tge night light in bathroom was a nice little perk as well for those that have frequent trips night time trips.tge patio was nice to sit and watch the sunrises each morning.we figured out after we got home we had left some hoodies behind,i contacted her and she mailed them to us.i wish it was ground level so i could stay here again.
