This sunny condo sits half a mile from the heart of Panama City beach on Front Beach Road. Fantastic family attractions, including Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and Miracle Strip Amusement Park are just five miles from home. A shared swimming pool, a hot tub, and the gorgeous beach are mere steps away as well.
Inside, the space is beachy yet stylish with conveniences like WiFi and private laundry facilities. Whip up a fresh seafood feast in the fully equipped kitchen and choose to dine indoors or out on the balcony. Watch movies on cable in the living room, or unwind in private thanks to media equipped suites.
The condo comfortably sleeps four guests (with a six-person maximum), and offers two bedrooms and two baths. Choose from a king bed and private balcony in the master suite and private bath, or a king bed in the guest room. Soak up the sun from the privacy of chaise lounges on the balcony, or spend your days paddling the waves and flying kites at the beach.
The community offers the perfect blend of family-friendly fun and adult entertainment. All in an afternoon you can feed a dolphin, ride a rollercoaster, and order a famous beachfront cocktail at Pineapple Willy's. Outdoor excursions are plenty, including underwater dives to shipwrecks, hiking at St. Andrews State Park, or charter fishing vessels in the Gulf.

The view from the 18th floor was so beautiful. When you are in the condo and look outside it's like being on a cruise ship. BEAUTIFUL VIEW

The view is stunning! The elevators were very fast and the water pressure in the showers was AHHHHMAZING. The house could use some updating. The beds and tv stands need some TLC but we weren’t there to lay around in the condo all day so we weren’t really bothered by it.

We would definitely stay at Ocean Villa again but not this unit. Here’s the plus and minuses in our opinion.
Negatives
Minimal/cheap kitchen cookware and silverware.
End tables, dressers are very cheap particle wood and partially broken.
Granite around kitchen sink broken in two places.
Tops come off of some of the kitchen and bar chairs
TV in living room has lines running down one side.
Holes in the wall behind 3 of the doors due to no door stops.
Patio furniture on the balcony is VERY rusted and cheap.
Lack of up keeping emphasized by a totally shredded dry rotting welcome mat on the balcony.
Had to take two videos of the room to be sure they don’t try to blame us for any of the issues.

Granite in kitchen(couple breaks around the sink though.)
Excellent water pressure in the showers.
