About this house rental
This brand new modern Colorado single family home guarantees to please! The perfect ski rental. Top of the line everything. It has all the amenities including a huge private Hot Springs hot tub with a spectacular view of the mountain. WALK EVERYWHERE! Walking distance to the Gondola, supermarket and liquor store. Town/main street is a block away! 500 yards to the top new bar/restaurant in town. NO CAR NEEDED. The top level master has an amazing view of the ski mountain, deluxe Temper-Pedic king sized bed, and steam room in the large shower with 2 shower heads. Main level master also has a deluxe Temper-Pedic king sized bed, huge shower with 2 shower heads. Bottom level bedroom suite includes a bedroom area with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom complete with a bath tub. 2nd downstairs bedroom includes a queen sized bed with a twin (bunk) bed above it. Spacious mud room with plenty of room for coats/bags. Heated garage fits one more car, and covered parking outside fits 2 cars. Four 4K TV's in total, DVD, wired stereo sound in all rooms, can plug in your personal device to play your music or play radio. Private wifi, code upon arrival. Gourmet kitchen includes SubZero refrigerator, Viking range and gas cooktop, and Bosch dishwasher. House is stocked with all you need (plates, glasses, cookware, even plastic for kids or outdoor use). Also stocked with board games and DVD's. 2 large decks and Weber gas grill are perfect for family fun. Garage also includes boot/glove dryers. A large capacity LG washer and dryer are in the laundry room.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. It is within walking distance to town and the gondola. The amenities are abundant; 3 parking spaces (1 in the garage), boot and glove heaters, 2 master suites, beautiful kitchen, outdoor balconies, washer/dryer and a jacuzzi with views of the mountain. The hosts were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Perfect spot for a Breckinridge getaway!

Great location - a fair hike in ski boots to the gondola, easy walk to and down main street Breck. Stairs to three levels. Hot tub and views were awesome.

This home is in the heart of Breckenridge. So close to everywhere that you need to go. The house had everything we needed. We couldn’t asked for a better place to stay. Communication with the owner was easy and they are very responsive. Can’t wait to go back with my family again!

Great family house! Completely modern house with all the amenrtieex. It was not a rental, it felt like my sisters house where they had everything yet you left more than you used like Mom taught you.
The jacuzzi view on top deck is fantastic.
The kitchen has 6 gas burner Viking great sub zero and every appliance and utensil imaginable.
Showers were hit with lots of water pressure.
You can walk to gondola but we drove which they give you carpool code so only $7 day.
Owners were very responsive.
Thank you for sharing this wordutful house.
Well maintained and worth it.
