Everything was great except male staff member extremely rude!

Beautiful property and room very clean with great view

The male staff member was not helpful at all to the point of being rude. Checked us into the room but no hot water. We finally called about it and the woman staff member was very nice and moved us to a different building. Male staff member never apologized or said thank you! He needs a course on customer service.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not the properties fault, but the cool mountain breeze wasn’t very cool. Our room was on first floor and at check in was 80 degrees. By the time we went to bed at 11 it was 77 and not very comfortable. We checked out early and temp in room had only dropped to 74 even though it was significant cooler outside. If you look it cold when you sleep find a place with ac. Furniture was gross looking. Table was dirty and sticky.

Beautiful mountain appartment, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub.

The pool in the evening and the hot tub, also for use in the dark were great. Kitchen was stuffed: we could cook. Room was clean. The location was good. Would be great for skiholidays in winter (room for the skis). The lady at the front desk in the evening was great, helping with every thing.

If I pay for three, I would have expected the sofabed being prepared, so that we could directly go to sleep. The man in the morning at check out was not friendly or helpful. One can lock oneself out behind the hotel and at 23pm in the dark it is very hard to find the way back as there is no lighted path, surroundings scary and nobody in the lobby anymore that would see you. Luckily a late arriving guest left me in.

We absolutely loved the place and will return but we hope maintenance in the condos improves.

We loved the pool and hot tubs. The location was amazing. Very convenient to the main strip and the gondola. The condo over all was great. The beds were nice; the showers were great. We really were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. the stove worked great. We cooked a few meals in the condo and enjoyed them.

Not a deal breaker for us but some of the physical things in the condo are wearing out or broken. The handle on the guest bathroom was practically coming off the door. The WIFI was down and one of the TV's was not working when we checked in. The faucet in the kitchen was hard to use. It had a sensor that kept turning it off and we never could get hot water to come out of it. There was C for cold and H for hot and when we moved the handle to H it just continued to poor cold water even after trying to keep it going for several minutes but the sensor kept turning it off. We gave up and just rinsed things in the sink and washed all the dishes in the dishwasher to make sure they came clean. There was a drawer in the kitchen that could not open unless you opened the oven door.

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, full of information. Surrounding rooms and corridor was exceptionally quiet, grounds are lovely.

Loved the location, the layout, the shuttle service and cleanliness of the unit! Will be rebooking in the future for sure!

Advertised photos were not the same unit we booked online but was very similar. It is frustrating to think we booked one size of a bed only to find out it was different upon arrival. Still worked out in the end.

Convenient, nice place to stay with super friendly and helpful staff and very large units.

Loved that the condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and that the master bathroom had two sinks and two showers and plenty of storage space. Liked that the facility had a pool and towels and two hot tubs that were working (had 5 but three were under construction). Convenient parking. Could walk to town with underpass. But kind of far. But there is also a shuttle, so that was nice. The kitchen was large and well stocked.

Several hot tubs were not working and the ones that were working were not that hot. I wish the master bedroom had a ceiling fan like the living room. There is no air conditioning, so that would have really helped circulate the air more than a box fan. Could have used a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. Kind of small for a week. I would have loved stackable washer and dryer in unit. Outside furniture on balcony kind of lacking and dirty. Looked like it had not been wiped down in a long time. My husband asked if late check out was available and didn't get message until after we left that it was, but we never confirmed it and left on time and still got charged $25. But all and all a beautiful place.

Frankly, being greeted by your staff, especially Campbell, was a warm welcome.

I was greeted at the front desk by Campbell. She was helpful and very polite. I had had a disastrous flight and overnight stay in Denver and was ready to just go back home. I arrived at your facility and it was so comfortable that I was grateful to be there. I enjoyed my brief day and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

I went to take a sauna before my flight, but the sauna didn’t open early enough. That’s a minor thing, but I would’ve liked to have taken an early morning whirlpool before getting it on the plane. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker.

Our stay was outstanding with lots of fun, good food and a tremendously friendly atmosphere.

The location was excellent since it was a brief walk to the gondolas to get to peaks 7 and 8. Also a brief 10-minute walk to Main Street to shops and restaurants. Also, the sleigh ride was terrific in the evening at sunset.

A daily activity report on what was happening either on the slopes or in town would have been helpful to plan the day better.

Super clean, very nice room, much more updated and current than some pictures make it seem.

Wanted to use the hot tub, needs to be open later, after dinner it was too late to use the pool or hot tub. Was charged to upgrade to room with shower which was very strange, I don’t think there are any rooms without showers so I think it was a scam.

The quality of your stay is completely dependent on what apartment you get.

The location was pretty good, although the walk to the gondola to get up to Peak 9 was a bit challenging with a 7-year-old. The last apartment we were put in, after the ceiling leaked in our first apartment, was updated and in good condition.

The pull out couch in the 1 bedroom apartment we booked was broken. This was known by the staff as there was a sign under the middle pillow of the couch saying, do not use (see pictures). In the same apartment, the ceiling started leaking water the 3rd night we were there. The water was pooling under the ceiling paint, separating the paint from the ceiling (see pictures). There was evidence of previous water damage, implying that this was an ongoing problem. When we called to change rooms we were told that the entire resort was booked and that all staff, including the maintenance crew had already gone home for the night and we were stuck in the room until at least 10am the next morning. After about an hour of phone calls back and forth, we were moved to a 3 bedroom apartment at around 10pm that we were told we would be in for 2 nights. The next day, we were told we had to move rooms again after 1 night. We packed up our stuff again and lost more of our vacation time dealing with the negligent care of the 1st 1 bedroom apartment. The 3rd apartment was nice, it was updated and in working condition. We learned from this experience that each apartment is actually a condo with it's own individual owner. This was very obvious seeing how different each apartment we stayed in was. The 3 bedroom apartment that we were in for 1 night was spacious, but one of the toilets didn't work properly and the furniture was in need of some updating. Good luck booking with this property, I hope you get a condo with an owner that takes care of it! We did receive a partial refund from the property after some negotiating.

Location is great- ski right from the slopes to your room and walk downtown. Nicely decorated with TVs in every room. Fully functional kitchen. Spa-like bathrooms. Garage is nice!

Big black ants in every room. Back porch was useless. No propane for fire pit and completely covered in snow. No lighter anywhere for fire pit. Too many remotes and batteries out in one that you need.
