About this house rental
An easy bike ride or hike to Wellfleet's many beaches and ponds, our home built in 2014, has an open floor plan, enormous great room with soaring ceiling, gas fireplace and ceiling fan, open kitchen with all amenities, breakfast bar, dining area seats 8, screened in porch, deck with Weber Gas grill, two master bedrooms - one king and one queen, and extra-large third bedroom with twin beds and twin trundles (room for a crib); large loft room with a sofa bed and large TV: 2.5 bathrooms and outdoor shower. New for 2025: finished lower level with game room (great for rainy days, bored kids / adults) and fitness area. The house has central heating and air conditioning, beautifully landscaped, with a fenced-in yard, flower garden, and outdoor seating area. Great for family groups or two families with kids to share. There are two kayaks, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., and two bikes. One mile to the ocean, bay, town, and ponds. Good dogs always welcome.

My husband and I come to Wellfleet twice a year in the spring and fall. We bring our dog who enjoys the beaches. This house is likely the nicest place we have stayed. The owners have gone to great lengths to make the house comfortable and beautiful with lots of extras that make it special. It is filled with light and lovely art work. There's a ping pong table in the finished basement, kayaks ready to go at Gull Pond, a masterfully done fenced in yard with garden and sitting area, a friendly, private neighborhood, and lots of touches that made us feel welcome. We hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful time and much of it was due to the excellent communication from the hosts and the comfortable and spacious house.

We just enjoyed a lovely two week stay. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer or more responsive when we had questions. The house was comfortable, quiet, well equipped and cozy!
