About this house rental

Tucked within the beautiful Snowbridge community & situated directly on the Monterra golf course, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft townhouse is just a short walk into the Blue Mountain village.
The views are fantastic & the amenities even better! This townhouse sleeps 7, has washer/dryer, full kitchen with breakfast bar, separate dining area, living room with fire place & cathedral ceilings. Enjoy use of provided games, porch with BBQ, pool, ski locker, trails, shuttle service & private beach.
Living Room:
The living room is fantastic for family's and large groups. It's open concept layout and high vaulted ceilings give for a great and comfortable environment. The large sitting area can easily sit 6 or more people. The living is equipped with a gas Fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, PlayStation 3 (with games), HD Rogers box, and a number of card and board games. These amenities allow for a large group to be entertained after a long day skiing or on rainy days.
The living room also contains the Sofa bed. The sofa bed sleeps 2 people comfortably and contains its own set of linens, blankets, and pillows.

Dining Room:
The dining room has a large 6 seat table. The area is spacious enough to move in and out of the table and properly entertain. The Dining room is directly across from the kitchen which helps allot with prepping meals, serving food, and cleanup.

Kitchen:
The full kitchen is equipped with an electric stove/oven with hood range, refrigerator, dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Tea kettle and microwave. All the appliances are well maintained and in good working condition. The kitchen also houses all the basic cooking/ eating ware that would be required during your stay, Including: utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, wine glasses, cups, mugs, cutting boards, Salt and Pepper shaker, place mats, and allot more kitchen essentials. An inventory list can be sent in advance of your stay.
The kitchen also has a raised breakfast bar area, which is great for eating light meals or having a drink. The kitchen's open concept feel to the dining room and living room is perfect for large groups.

Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom on the ground floor has a full queen size bed. The large size room comes with 2 side tables, a large dresser, and full height closet.

Ground Floor Bathroom:
The 3-piece bathroom contains a toilet, single sink vanity, and a full height shower with glass enclosure. The shower is equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathroom contains a full set of body and hand towels, as well as bath matts.

Laundry:
The laundry closet is located in the front hallway. It is located perfectly as it does not take up any of the crucial entertaining space on the ground floor. Detergent pucks are left for your use every stay.

2nd Floor Office Area:
When you come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, their is a fair size space that can be used in a number of different ways. As the space contains a small desk, some guests have used it as a private office area to get away from the busier living room area on the ground floor. Others have used the space as an open bedroom if they have a 7th guest as we provide a foldable sleeping cot.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is large and very private. It contains a full size queen bed, an extra large full height closet, a private linen closet, 2 bedside tables, and a large dresser. The bedroom also has its own flat screen TV with Rogers HD receiver. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of Blue Mountain from the main window.

Master Bathroom:
The 4-piece master bathroom contains a built-in Jacuzzi bathtub, toilet, single sink vanity, and a full height shower with glass enclosure. The shower is equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathroom contains a full set of body and hand towels, as well as bath matts.

Rear Deck:
The rear deck is accessed through the living room. It boasts peaceful views as it looks onto the famous Monterra Golf course. The deck is equipped with chairs and a table for entertaining. A charcoal barbecue is provided that includes an electric starter. A shovel is kept on the deck to help clear snowfall in the winter months.

Ski Locker:
The ski locker is located on the front porch to the right of the front entry door. It is great to store your ski's, snowboards, and gear after a long day. The key for the ski locker is easily located in the front foyer on the key hook.

Snowbridge community:
By staying in the historic Snowbridge Community our guests will have access to a number of amenities, including: the outdoor swimming pool, complimentary shuttle service to Blue Mountain village, discounts at Monterra Golf Course, and local restaurant discounts.

Nick place is amazing and he is a great host! I couldn't have asked for a better stay. He was quick to respond, thoughtful, and his place is beautiful and cozy. Wonderful neighborhood and so close to everything you might need, yet is quiet and safe at night. Nick was considerate throughout the whole stay and is a very nice host. We loved it!
