About this apartment rental
This fantastic 3 bedroom condo is located in the Historic Snowbridge in the town of Blue Mountain.
The open concept chalet style condo can sleep up to eight people, has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, wine fridge, dining area and living room with gas fireplace, a deck backing onto Monterra golf course, BBQ, free parking, ski locker, WiFi included, 4 TVs with complete cable package.
Offers access to free year round shuttle bus that can take you to the Blue Mountain Village and the Ski slopes in the winter.
You have access to the community pool during the summer season.
Come and enjoy all the wonderful activities and events in the Blue Mountain and Collingwood Area. A four season destination for a family vacation to create lasting memories. Monthly/seasonal rental inquiries welcomed (approx. January $5,500, February $5,000, March $5,000).
This reservation has a firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are non-refundable.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events.
No pets permitted - unfortunately due to severe allergies, this rental cannot accommodate pets/animals of any kind.

Super clean and nice. Well equipped with everything that would be needed for a vacation. Very spacious and well located with an easy walk to the village of Blue. Lots to do in Colingwood and the surrounding area.

All the stay away from home basics were provided. A well equipped kitchen.We appreciate the 3 bedroom, 3 full bath layout for our group.The townhouse was clean and we also like the fresh linens and bath towels. Beds are very comfortable!Cheryl, our host was very friendly, easy to contact and provided all the information we needed.

While our group was smaller than planned due to COVID restrictions, our family had a wonderful, relaxing few days at Blue Mountain. The two-story unit was as expected, and actually more so. The kitchen was clean, and well-stocked and the bedrooms large - and such comfortable beds!We'll be back for sure!
