Location was good and the appartment was big and very quiet. Good wifi .
The amenities in the toilette were refilled with water, i know is about saving money but.. It could also use a new set of towels for the guest, it is not nice to use a towel with holes

It is a kids friendly family welcoming apartment I would like to stay again in
We, 3 adults and a 2 y.o. kid, liked all four clean rooms (the apartment is very specious), free coffee, thee, good WiFi, toys for kids (so many!), location, responsive host, possibility to fetch the keys from the lock-box, location.
Nothing about the apartment. The house, though, as well as the whole city, had a bit of "smell of old". IMHO, it only adds to the city extra theme. Beware, if you are sensitivitie to smells.
