Conveniently situated on south Ali’i drive, the condo is 1/3 mile from Keauhou bay and less than one mile from the Keauhou Shopping center. Unlike northern Kona, Keauhou is very lush and green - it is where the Hawaiian Royalty, the Ali’i, once spent their leisure time! This sought-after location is perfect for golfers, cyclists, fishermen, water sports-enthusiasts and adventure seekers, as well as those desiring some well-deserved R&R. The Kona coast is the drier part of the island - less rain = more fun for you!
Being a ground level unit, the natural breeze keeps the condo cool and comfortable year round. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to take advantage of the island’s fresh produce and fish while viewing the sunset. Extra linens and beach towels are available at your convenience.

Watch golfers tee off at the 9th hole you soak up the sun poolside. Rinse off from the ocean or beach in the open-air hot/cold shower adjacent to the pool.
In this location, a car isn’t a necessity; but if you do, there is secure and shady parking nearby the unit. Both the Hele-On bus and the Keahou Resort open-air trolley stop close by on Ali’i Drive. Many local beaches and attractions are accessible via public transit.
