It is a lovely property, modern, well maintained, clean, spacious, and quiet. The ocean breezes kept it comfortably cool. We were very comfortable staying there. Viewing the sunset over the ocean from the deck was a treat. Highly recommended.

Didn’t realize unit was on second floor and difficult to ascend with suitcases. Toilets backed up easily. Listed 3 pm check-in time and was told upon arrival check-in was 4 pm. Roosters crowing and stray cat was annoying. Street filled with idle cars and trucks on the footpaths gave the suburban area a run down feel.

Most excellent. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenaged boys) really enjoyed this house. It has very little road noise, and very quiet as a whole. The owners were great- everything was ready for us including all the beach supplies we needed! The finishings inside were first rate, with all the cooking items you could need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The view- cant say enough about the view. Amazing. You wont regret staying here one bit!
