Booked this last minute and didn’t have many options or a lot of understanding of Kona. The property has a lovely lanai with a beautiful view. Kitchen is exceptionally stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups. Nanette is a very kind woman.
Felt very dated and specifically the sleeping arrangements/ sheets can be improved. Everything was made of polyester, I had to go and buy cotton sheets because the originals were hot and itchy. For the price they could provide a tiny bit more. For instance, not just hand soap in the bathroom/ shower, better linens and newer pillows.

Great communication with the host. The room was so quiet and in beautiful surroundings up the mountain. We only stayed one night and arrived late but check in was a breeze. Would love to come back when we have more time!
