This little piece of Maui paradise will make you feel like you are in a home-away-from home! You'll love the amazing ocean view and private lanai where you can enjoy sipping your morning coffee or tea and marvel at the sunsets as you enjoy a cocktail and "pu-pu's".
Our spacious, one bedroom, one bath condo boasts an amazing view of Kaho‘olawe & Molikini from the living room, dining area and kitchen with floor to ceiling glass. Relax on the private lanai and take in the view. The sunsets will take your breath away! You'll find all of the luxuries of home, including clean linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and beach items to enjoy. There is a comfy queen bed in the cozy bedroom that has mirrored wardrobe doors. For extra sleeping space, there is a sofa sleeper and air air mattress. The newly remodeled bathroom features beautiful tile and a walk-in shower with a frameless glass panel.
Kihei is on the sunny side of Maui, so there is less rain than the West & North so you can enjoy your outdoor adventures. Our complex, Kihei Ali'i Kai, features a sparkling blue-tiled pool and relaxing Jacuzzi and Sauna, which are an added bonus after your Maui adventures. Take in a game of shuffleboard or pickleball at the courts near the back BBQ area above the rear parking lot. Our unit is a quiet end unit, so you'll be able to take in the serene nights and beautiful mornings as the birds chirp a greeting! You'll love the local feel of Kihei with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We are located right across from Kamaole I Beach, one of the best white sand beaches on Maui and just steps away from relaxing on the beach or a swim with sea turtles!

The view from the lanai is incredible in person. Spent a short 3 day stay with my brother for his first visit to Hawaii, and this condo is absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for afternoons on the beach (a quick, maybe 5 min walk down the street), and everything we needed inside. The bathroom is gorgeous, kitchen well stocked with cookware, and everything was super clean when we arrived. My brother used the bedroom and had no complaints about his sleep, and I used the pull out sofa in the living room. It was surprisingly comfortable for being a basic sleeper.Instructions for check in made getting settled easy, parking was very convenient, and the condominium complex was great. The location, the private street to the rear parking, and the quietness of the place was amazing. Melissa was a very kind host and awesome to communicate with both through Vrbo and email. I can't say enough good things about the lanai. The birds you hear singing in the morning are incredible, and it's everything you want in an ocean view. The lounging furniture is an awesome touch and was well enjoyed. I'll definitely be booking some stays here in the future!*we rented an EV for our trip, and there are charging stations at the Maui Coast Hotel one street over, so parking to charge a vehicle and walking back is convenient.

To start out with, Melissa was a wonderful host and so helpful and responsive with messages. The location of this condo is perfect for literally everything. There are so many places to eat and shop at, plus the beach is just a walk down the street. One of our favorite stops was the gelato shop in the street next to the condos. It’s hard to want to leave the lanai when you can just sit out there all day and watch the sunrise, sunset and just watch the ocean. The washer and dryer are a plus as well. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to secure dates! Mahalo, Melissa for everything

Beautiful spot with a fantastic balcony view. Minutes walk away from multiple beautiful beaches. Great condo complex as well.
