Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all living spaces and outdoor areas. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—no keys necessary. A personalized access code will be sent before your arrival, allowing for a smooth and flexible self-check-in.
The property includes an assigned covered parking space, with additional guest parking available nearby. The home is single-level with no interior stairs, making it easy to access for all guests. Come and go as you please—your privacy and comfort are our top priority.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with plush bedding and ample storage. The bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with essentials to make your stay easy and worry-free. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this space offers a comfortable and convenient home base in the heart of Mesa.
This home is conveniently located in central Mesa, offering quick and easy access to major roads and freeways like the US-60 and Loop 101. You’ll be just minutes from Mesa Community College, Banner Desert Medical Center, shopping centers, and a wide variety of restaurants and local attractions.
Public transportation is also nearby, with bus stops and light rail access within a short distance. While a car is recommended for the most flexibility, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Assigned covered parking and nearby guest parking make coming and going simple and stress-free.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Yes, just wanted to give you a heads-up on the kitchen sink, when we arrived I noticed water, or something sticky at the right front of the dishwasher, I cleaned it up. Never used the dishwasher though, we've always rathered wash our dishes by hand, So the next day we ran water on the right sink basin, water was again on the floor, my husband opened up to investigate and found water in cabinet bottom, so he dried it out, it never happened as long as we used the left sink. But wanted to make sure you can address it. Other than that we absolutely loved everything about our stay, it was perfect. If you can let me know where I could get some pillows just like the king ones you had on the master bed, they were dreamy, I've got to get some. Thank you

The home was amazing, beautifully decorated and lots of special touches. The washer and dryer was so convenient. This home was spotless and well maintained, we would definitely stay here again. The price was perfect. We loved it here. Communication between property management was super fast. Definitely 5 stars all around. Kat Reeves

We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture is in dire need of updating. Over all, the rental met our needs but was significantly over priced.
