Great apartment, loved the plunge pool. Was great to relax in after a days activities. Would happily book again.
There was an all night party at the appt next door. Lots of noise(and we didn't even get invited). But oh well on holiday, no lt a big problem, if it was am sure would have be addressed.

It was comfortable, clean and a good location in a quieter part of port Douglas. Loved the plunge pool and the beach close by. It had plenty of essential items eg shampoo, body wash, cling wrap, sugar, sauces etc etc. Staff and communication was also excellent 😊
The plunge pool could have done with a smaller second step to get in and out. Plug in kitchen sink wouldn’t stay down and the plug in the sink in the bathroom got stuck down and didn’t drain very well. An extra garbage bag would be a good idea as well.

Sporadic access to hot water. Apartment tired. Gate access to pool loose. No shampoo and conditioner in dispenser bottles.
