Our penthouse is located in the “Las Palomas Golf and Seaside Resort” on Sandy Beach, one of the best resorts in the area. This penthouse is a 3b/3b condominium with a private suite (lock off unit). All 3 bedrooms are very independent from each other giving great privacy to all which is one of the many great features in this Penthouse. All bedrooms have spectacular ocean views. Fully furnished, and decorated, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, pool table converts into air hockey and ping pong table, propane grill and fire pit on the patio. Enjoy the magnificent views from the Penthouse huge patio with over 4,500 sq. ft.

Two grandmas and a seven year old … this was an amazing vacation. Enough room for everyone!!! Those who travel with grandmas will understand.

Last year, we rented a different condo at Las Palomas for springbreak with our teenage granddaughters and their two friends -- and we barely saw them for four days. This time, we rented this unit to encourage them being at the condo more with their friends. It worked! With a beautiful balcony/deck with a fire pit and views of both the sunrises and sunsets, a pool table and lots of space, we saw lots more of them over the four days we were in Rocky Point.

This is an old property. We experienced maggots the first night… all over the floor. The hot tub does not work. The fire place does not work. The barbq does not work. Pls bring everything with you - including dish soap and sponge, paper towels etc
The host is responsive but hands off all issues to the property managers…
The Amenities are nice at the property and Maria restaurant is good. Pool food and room service food is not so good.
