Cordoba 308 is paradise found in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Welcome to Rocky Point! This stunning 4,500 square foot ocean view condo is located in the exclusive seaside resort of Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Rocky Point is where the desert meets the sea. Only 63 miles from the Arizona border, the Sea of Cortez waits for you. Here you can relax, rejuvenate and put your toes in the sand.

This condo is a magnificent 4 bedroom beachfront condo that sits only 30 feet above Sandy Beach. You will be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows with a complete view of the ocean. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own ocean view. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV, king size bed, and its own private luxurious bathroom.
Other features include a sit down bar that wraps into the separate full size pool table room. 4 large screen TV's are scattered throughout the family area along with a music system for all your beach tunes. A large breakfast bar and a 10-seat formal dining area make cooking for a crowd easy. A chefs kitchen awaits with two 60' Viking stoves and double ovens.
A wrap balcony is perfect for viewing the incredible sunsets. Seating for up to 25 people is available for cocktail hour. Don't forget to keep a watch out for the dolphins. Perfect viewing from here.
Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is perfect for your vacation or holiday destination. Amenities available to you are The Links, an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. There are 7 pools to cool down in along with a 'children's only' pool. 2 lazy rivers and 2 swim-up bars with a water slide in Phase 1. There are also two on-site restaurants (La Maria & Citron). When the sun goes down there are jacuzzi spas to unwind in. Also available are beach palapas, lounge chairs, beach towels, gas barbecues (first floor of every building) and a convenience store if you forget the sunscreen. The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort has 24-hour gated security, underground parking and 24/7 check-in.
Occupancy on this condo is limited at 10 persons (10 resort wristbands given at check in) and the reserving party must be 25 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. The name on the credit card used to pay must match this person's ID and they must be present at check-in.

The place was perfect! Gorgeous and very clean. Kitchen was equipped with all that you need to cook and entertain. Views & location were beautiful, close to pool, beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again very soon. Thank you Mike & Lorri

Responsiveness from host was slow. Condo is spacious and had a good layout. Giving it 4 stars since it’s still a good overall stay. Security was annoying the last night no one was on the balcony and they kept saying we were loud on the balcony. Not sure if they confused us with another one coz our lights were on but called multiple times and came up.

Beautiful and large. Enough room to enjoy quiet time by yourself or hangout together, playing games, eating, talking, looking at the sunset. The views are fabulous. We had a wonderful time.
