Suite was perfect for us and our plans while over there.

Communication from booking was brilliant! Fully equipped with most utensils you’d need. The details upon booking was expected with keyless entry and no staff on site. Place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children staying. The only thing I will say is you have to basically clean the property before leaving, washing dishes, putting them away, taking the bins out to the external containers ect.. we don’t know this and was given a leaflet by another guest which said charges for each task not done.

Lovely.

Contactless check in - were provided door entry codes to building and apartment via message. Communication was brilliant - I paid for dogs in advance. Close to Bruges and an easy drive in. Lots of parking available. The grounds were really quiet but we stayed over Christmas so caravan site nearby was closed. Apartment had everything we wanted and was good size. Warm as well which was a relief as didn't go above 0 degrees the whole time we were there. Met a lady on check out who was lovely and friendly. Didn't use the towels provided as we had our own but there would've been an extra charge. View of the lake was nice. Quiet.

Microwave/oven was tricky to figure out.

Enjoyable stay to visit around Belgium and Netherlands

Clean, easy to access, good space inside, comfortable and quiet.

Lack of enough toilet paper and no coffee filters required a quick trip to the nearest supermarket. Not a deal breaker.

Comfortable apartment but misleading description of what is included and what is not.

Large apartment with amenities for cooking and pleasant outdoor spaces.

Although the website stated that no towels are provided they actually were. We brought our towels for no reason. It required a lot of space. Moreover, the apartment lacked toiletries.

Very clean, everything working and well equipped. Information about how to get in was sent as well as called through which we appreciated.

The sofa could be renewed and some soap in the bathroom would be nice.

Pleasant easy and great location.

The location was great. Straight on the motorway. Struggled to locate at first and went in caravans but found it eventually.

The property could have been cleaner, sofa is old and tatty. The rooms had a few stains on the mattress and covers, which we had to put own bedding on. Was dusty in some places and cobwebs above.

Pleasant for an overnight stay

Ease of check-in due to digital check-in facility so doesn't really matter how late you arrive. Ricky the hotel manager was fantastic as he called up immediately after the reservation was made to explain the check-in process.

No bathroom soaps or towels and having to make the beds up on arrival as duvets, duvet covers and bed sheets all laid on bed for you to make up beds yourself

These apartments were brand new and so well designed. Everything you could need in the kitchen, safe and easy access and parking, and very comfy beds. Incredible value for money. Part of a chain across Belgium . We’d definitely use these again.

The property was absolutely spotless! The facilities in the room and surrounding areas were fantastic. Any dealings we had with staff were dealt with incredibly. We could not fault this place at all. If we are ever back in the area, we would have no hesitation returning! But for longer this time!

Too expensive for this location. There are additional costs charged for the parking. The parking lot is not obvious to find. The bedsheets are to be put on and off by the guests themselves - could have been included considering the price. Towels can be borrowed for additional payment. The enter code for the litter container didn’t work.

Self check in and smooth well explained process. The rooms were also very dark allowing for sleeping in.

We had to pay separately for towels post booking (a detail we missed initially). It would have been good if this was better highlighted and able to be processed as a part of the initial / single transaction.

Pleasant

It is pretty new. The kitchen is equiped enough. The check-in is simple. It is OK, for visit of Brugge, if you have a car.

Don't be mistaken by the nice picture of the property. The lake is pretty small and is just next to a busy highway. Definitely don't choose it, if you want to stay in nature.

Its bit difficult to understand the codes and keys to the function. it was diffcult ti find the entrance.

There should be some maintenance at the outside and cleanliness due to the contruction.

Nice little apartment with too little privacy

The apartment is quite small but decorated nicely and very functionally. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for basic cooking and has glassware for both beer and wine. Free access to Klein Strand next door with a fun slide into a fresh water lake.

Outside the garden door is a small area with a table and benches - but there is absolutely no privacy as the neighbors on both sides are only a couple of meters away with no barrier in between. That also means people (especially kids) are walking right in front of the glass wall, so inside privacy also isn't as good as it could be.

The apartments were very clean. There was everything you needed . Having a balcony too was an added bonus. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable holiday rental 15 min from Bruges, but not a hotel

Clean, good layout for family wiith separate bedroom for 3 kids, comfortable beds, easy parking, 15 min from Bruges. friendly staff (we forgot an item and they were really helpful to help us get it back)

property is not a hotel, it’s a holiday rental, so beds are not made (although sheets are included), towels are extra and no toiletries included. Given the price we would have expected it to be included. probably interesting for a longer term stay where you plan to cook and eat in the kitchen, but it was not our case. Also we asked for 30 min extra for checkout, but cost was 30€, again a bit pricey.

Close to Bruges, nice area - new development of apartments

About 20 mins from Bruges and 10 mins from main road back to Calais. These apartments are in a new development, this being the first block. The second block is built but not yet occupied. You can walk to a couple of small parks nearby and we used a Chinese restaurant in the neighbouring caravan park (takeaway) 5 mins walk away. You’ll be sent a code for the car park, main entrance and your room. Also for the bin refuse area (you need to sort and empty your own bins on departure). Towels are €8.50 extra per person so take your own. Bed linen provided but not made up on arrival. Beds will need to be stripped and bagged again on departure. Sofa bed was comfortable enough for two young kids but not for adults. Take soap/hand wash as not provided.

It was a nice place to stay to visit other cities from there at a reasonable price

Comfortable apartment and quite surroundings. The complex where the apartment is has a pub, restaurant and small groceries store inside. Well equipped kitchen

I had to pay €5 for parking per day, but there was actually plenty of free and available parking in front of the building. Furthermore, the parking slot if you paid €5 did not offer anything special security or availability wise.

Very nice, clean room with air conditioning and easy check in.

Unfortunately the lake with the slides was closed due to a problem with the water. The aqua park was the main reason I booked the apartment. It did open up on the morning we were leaving so we booked a late check out so the children could at least spend a little time here. I know the lake is not their responsibility but I do think they could have waived the €30 late check out fee as they do advertise the slides as a facilities. It was closed when I booked the room so really this should have been mentioned or updated on booking.com

Spacious room. Clean. Terrace. Good beds.

Difficult to find frontdoor, not signposted. No reception or presence onsite. Frontdoor didn't work. Some other guests opened the door and blocked it from closing again. Doesn't add to safe feeling. Parking code didn't work either. Picture looks like you can get to the water, but that is not true. It is a recreation area with gate. Throw away our own garbage? For that price? Unacceptable.

great area. Host was always very friendly and helpful to the requirements. Room size good and clean. Would def recommend and hopefully will be back.
