Holiday Suites Jabbeke - Klein Strand

The access was well organized. It worked perfectly, The property was neat and clean. For a one night stay it worked perfectly for us. As a bonus we got towels though it was not included in our offer.

Toiletries were not there. No handwash, shower gel etc. It was not mentioned, so we had to go to a shop to buy it.

The house is very new and the stay itself was quite comfortable. The check-in process was also convenient.

We encountered a few inconveniences. First, it took some time to find the exact location and the parking access. Inside, the toilet flush water was yellow. Since we booked a one-night stay via Booking.com, we didn't expect a complete lack of basic toiletries (only towels were provided). The most frustrating part was trying to get drinking water. The room information stated there was a vending machine, but it wasn't there. We had to ask a nearby Chinese restaurant, who directed us to a gas station, and then we had to ask another group of people just to figure out how to find the walking path to get there. It was quite a hassle.

Location was perfect for an overnight stop, just off the motorway. Apartment was well equipped.

Mattresses were covered in plastic and were really noisy when anyone moved in bed. The top bunk (of 3) was difficult to access.

Superficial cleaning, very dirty couch and under the liners.
