Holiday Suites Jabbeke - Klein Strand

The stay was good for a short and it was near Bruges. The facilities were good.

No biggie but there wasn't a toaster.

The access was well organized. It worked perfectly, The property was neat and clean. For a one night stay it worked perfectly for us. As a bonus we got towels though it was not included in our offer.

Toiletries were not there. No handwash, shower gel etc. It was not mentioned, so we had to go to a shop to buy it.

The house is very new and the stay itself was quite comfortable. The check-in process was also convenient.

We encountered a few inconveniences. First, it took some time to find the exact location and the parking access. Inside, the toilet flush water was yellow. Since we booked a one-night stay via Booking.com, we didn't expect a complete lack of basic toiletries (only towels were provided). The most frustrating part was trying to get drinking water. The room information stated there was a vending machine, but it wasn't there. We had to ask a nearby Chinese restaurant, who directed us to a gas station, and then we had to ask another group of people just to figure out how to find the walking path to get there. It was quite a hassle.

Apartments in great condition and kitchen fully equipped

I understand that the policy of the place is towel is an extra but coming out of the shower with no shower mat is not only bad but very dangerous and felt unsafe. Considering that is manly targeting families this is not acceptable. Not doing beds and leaving bedsheet, again is company policy, but at least make sure to leave the right size. Bedsheet was too small for it. Beard shaving hairs not clean properly in the toilet from previous guests
