About this house rental
LOWEST RATES OF THE YEAR, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 10% OFF FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2025! NOTE: Due to the ongoing clean up efforts & debris removal after Hurricane Helene, the lake has been lowered by 30 ft. and WILL NOT be accessible until the Spring of 2026.
LURE ME is very tastefully and uniquely decorated in playful, fun furniture and colors. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's the perfect home for large or multiple families, reunions, weddings, etc.
The main level of the home features a kitchen/dining/great room combination, and four (4) queen bedrooms. Two sets of French doors lead from the great room area out onto a fully furnished screened porch overlooking Lake Lure and providing magnificent views of the mountains and the lake.
The lower level is home to the large rec room w/foosball table, the bunk room (w/two sets of bunk beds), a full bath, and the laundry room. Just off the rec room is the patio w/the 6-man hot tub (overlooking Lake Lure).
Once you have stayed at Lure Me, we're sure you'll want to come back again and again.
*This home is NOT a pet friendly home (with the exception of registered service animals - proof will be required)
**Smoking is prohibited in all our of our vacation rental homes.
Parking for Five (5).
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Lure ME is an excellent choice for a family getaway. The home is exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of room, comfortable, great view, and with kayak, canoe, and paddle board; there is plenty of adventure for everyone. Great local restaurants or drive around the lake to Lake Lure to walk across the Flowering Bridge, hike chimney rock, and more!

My wife and I, several of our kids, and our grandkids stayed a week at Lure ME while vacationing in North Carolina. Everyone had a blast! The house was really nicely laid out. The facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry) were top-notch and excellent. The kids made much use of the hot tub, and the water access and toys (paddle board, kayaks, canoe, life preservers) made everything so easy and nice. Proximity to grocery and attractions (Chimney Rock, boat rental, tubing) was great we had many fun days out and about. Bottom line: We used to be Outer Banks regulars, but now we are already talking about coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The number of BR’s worked well especially with the kids quarters being downstairs. The house is comfortable with outstanding views. We especially enjoyed the waterfront dock and toys to entertain our kids. Some of the finishes need updating as they were tired and worn.

This five bedroom home has sufficient room for 12 people but no more than four couples because the 5th bedroom is a bunk room. The kitchen is workable but small, with room for no more than 2 people at once. The open structure to the kitchen, living and dining area is nice. The views from the dock and the porch are spectacular! The hot tube, canoes and kayaks that are provided are nice features. The only major issue for me is that the two upstairs bathrooms are very tight, particularly the area around the toilets. A bigger sized person will likely need to go to the basement bathroom in order to not feel cramped in the space.
