*Please note that in the winter months AWD and GOOD snow tires (or 4X4) are HIGHLY recommended to drive up to this house. The driveway is a steep incline and without the proper vehicle/tires you will have to park at the bottom and walk up during snowstorms and icy conditions. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Pros
Beautiful home and amazing views!
Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, kitchen, hot tub and amazing fireplace.
Great deck, grill, laundry room. Our group of 5 women had ample room for privacy, yet the common spaces allowed for cozy and intimate shared time. Lots of space for indoor or outdoor workouts!
Cons
Check in process was unclear. After ascending the very steep driveway in the snow and pitch black, as there were no lights left on, we were unable to enter the home as the door to enter and key code were unclear. After multiple attempts, phone calls and 45 minutes in the freezing cold, we were directed to the correct door by the property manager and finally gained entrance.
The remote for the living room blinds was missing which was problematic with the morning sun. There were no matches and no fire starter logs as advertised. Additionally, we found the lack of tv access confusing. There are tvs throughout the house, and a cozy media room, however we did not use them as we did not come prepared with the appropriate technology. (needed to bring a laptop and a HDMI cord).
Last, carrying out trash is very inconvenient and was unexpected with such an expensive rental.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel that with a few small changes this is an outstanding rental.

The 2 king suites are fabulous. Don’t plan on adults staying in the other 2 rooms. The mattresses are really bad. Kids won’t notice.

Our only complaint was every bedroom had a closet except the master bedroom upstairs. No closet & no dressers. Very hard to keep organized
