Hanoi Fiesta Hotel & Spa

I made a booking for my daughter who sat in Vietnam in a really vile hostel. I booked a room for her, she arrived their around midnight. Funnily, I could book a room on booking.com but they were actually booked out. It wasn't a problem, because they brought her to another hotel they own, a much nicer one even, for that night. The next day they arranged for her to go back to the Fiesta, took care of her luggage. The only downside was that the first room she got in Fiesta, had mold, but it was not a problem to give her a good room. Overall she enjoyed her days there a lot.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient but somewhat noisy location. It’s not fancy or stylish but it is clean and comfortable and good value. The breakfast is good quality too. The woman at the front desk, Lucky, is exceptionally nice and helpful. We really liked her, and that’s the main thing we’ll remember about this hotel.

It is next door to a blues bar that plays loud music until about 11:00 pm, and a highway that never really stops.

The location is 10/10. Absolutely centrally located in the old quarter, but the room was dead quiet. Room was really nice- nothing overly fancy, but terrific value. Very clean.

Arrived for 2 nights, was told at check in I'm being taken to another hotel from the same owner with a similar name. The new hotel was only 2 streets away, good location. The room was very nice but it wasn't quite finished... The windows had no curtains or blinds, the mirror in the bathroom was just brackets, the internet still needed connecting, the TV still was wrapped in protective screen, the safety deposit box was not secured to anything. The following morning about 5 or 6 times while I was sleeping staff entered my room, mostly without even knocking, they were shocked to see me sleeping and quickly left. I checked out after 1 night and still paid for the first night. Hotel sent me a message after asking them to rate 10 on these reviews and if not happy skip the rating and let them know. I don't agree with this therefore I gave them a fair rating of 5... Would be good to stay when hotel is finished....
